In addition, the apartment has a full bathroom with a shower for your convenience. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa where you can rest and relax after your adventures in Barcelona. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric stove, electric kettle, oven, fridge and freezer, and ceramic hob. You will also find an iron, hairdryer, TV and washing machine in the apartment.

-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival.

-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.

-: Travel cot/ High Chair:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.

-: Arrival after hours:

-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in

-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.

-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).
