Comfort meets aesthetics in this newly renovated accommodation located in the heart of El Born, the most vibrant and convenient neighborhood from where to explore Barcelona. This five-floor house, located inside a 17th Century palace (1602), has been completely remodeled in 2019. Designer furniture brings a modern trace to the long history carried by its thick stone walls, original wooden doors and beams. Three bedroom, three bathroom a private court and two roof terraces make the space unique.

Now, it features a modern kitchen that opens to a private patio with an original well and 17th century paintings on its walls, the perfect spot from where to sip your morning coffee, to unwind after a long day exploring the city or take an outdoor shower during the hot summer months. Its high ceilings, with original wooden beams, the huge windows and the old wooden doors invite guests to take in the spaciousness and brightness of each room. Newly furnished with designer pieces, the decoration brings a modern trace to the long history carried by its thick stone walls. This house offers the perfect opportunity to forget the city roar, relax and surrender to the quietness of the space.

The first-floor features two double bedrooms (one with a remodeled bathroom en-suite), a large living room with a balcony, a bright dining room with its own private balcony to an inner court, a modern kitchen and another large bathroom with shower and tub. All the rooms surround a unique private patio. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary appliances, tools and gadgets to cook home-like meals and host family gatherings. In fact, the house is prepared for the youngest guests, with high chairs, kitchen helper towers, potty, crib, etc. Our guests will also have access to the downstairs floor, where there is the laundry room fully equipped with new appliances.

Four more bedrooms, another full bathroom, and two top-floor terraces with unique views to key Barcelona landmarks (one only accessible through a distinctive spiral staircase) are available on other floors if your group requires more space (otherwise the rooms will remain closed during your stay.)

To access the house, guests will open a huge wooden door on the street that will bring them to a private inner patio, where they can already safely store bikes and strollers. In order to enter the main house, guests will have to climb up a flight of stairs.
