This 4-star villa is situated on 1711 m2 ground in the small village of Barban and is surrounded by nothing but trees and greenery. The closest bigger town is Pula which offers a variety of restaurants, pubs, and bars. The city is known for its many tourist attractions that will surely amaze you!
The property is fully fenced and includes a parking place for six vehicles and a perfectly-manicured garden.
The 60 m2 big pool occupies the central terrace and stretches between the main house on one side and the summer kitchen and outside dining area on the other. A big table for twelve guests is ideal for al fresco dining during the hot summer days.
The interior of the Villa Porta Aurea is modern with dark-colored furniture and bright floors and walls. The fireplace exudes a homie atmosphere.
The house features five bedrooms: three on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Each has a king-size bed and a private bathroom.
If there are children in your group, you will be happy to know they will have a vast space at their disposal to run and play around.
Villa Porta Aurea offers its guests six parking places and accepts pets (one pet up to 15 kg with a surcharge of €175/week). Young groups are not allowed.
