Viewtopia blends mountain-modern style and rustic charm, creating the perfect setting for your next getaway. With spectacular long-range mountain views from nearly every outdoor space, you'll never want to leave.

Designed to comfortably sleep up to 10 guests, Viewtopia features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and offers a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the deck so you can step outside and greet the mountains each morning. Two additional queen bedrooms are also located on the main level, while the lower-level bunk room features a twin-over-full bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. A queen sleeper sofa in the lower-level den provides additional sleeping space.
After a day of hiking, skiing, mountain biking, or exploring Beech Mountain, gather in the lower-level game room for some friendly competition. Challenge your group to a game of pool or re-live arcade classics. Every bedroom is equipped with its own Smart TV, so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows.

The outdoor living spaces are where Viewtopia truly shines. Relax on the covered upper or lower decks while soaking in the breathtaking mountain vistas. Enjoy meals together at the outdoor dining tables, fire up the grill for a cookout, or settle into the comfortable outdoor seating area with a morning coffee or evening cocktail. Unwind in the hot tub, roast s'mores under the stars at the fire pit or gather around the gas fire table as the sun sets over the Blue Ridge Mountains.

Important Notes:
- 4WD or AWD vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months November through April and will be required during times of inclement winter weather. Refunds may not be given if you do not have the proper vehicle. Please reach out if you have any questions.
- This home is pet friendly and allows up to two (2) mature and well-trained dogs only. Max of 30lbs each. Pet rent is $25 + tax per pet per night.
- All BRMR homes offer kitchens stocked with all utensils, dishware and cookware needed to cook and enjoy meals. There is also a "starter set" of other essentials including a roll of paper towels, a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. Towels and linens will be provided for you. Please plan to bring any food or pantry items you wish to use.
- You may purchase firewood for the outdoor fire pit with at least one weeks notice and we will deliver it for you for $25 per night which includes 2 bundles of wood and 1 fire starter.
- CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
