From summertime fun to winter recreation, this convenient condo is an ideal year-round retreat for your next mountain getaway! You'll be just a half-mile from the entrance to Beech Mountain Ski Resort and within minutes of Lake Coffey, Beech Mountain Golf Club, and a variety of scenic hiking trails. Banner Elk is also less than six miles away.

The condo comes recently updated with modern appliances and decor for ultimate comfort after the day's adventures. A wood-burning fireplace and a smart TV offer cozy home entertainment in the living room, while the private deck comes furnished for coffee or cocktail hours.

Sure to impress any chef, the fully equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances, plenty of meal prep space, and an abundance of cookware. A gas grill is also equipped for family barbecues.

A smart TV and a K-cup, single-serve coffee maker are provided in the bedroom for added convenience. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

A great time but a disaster at check in. 1. The 6 digit entry code they gave us was wrong and it took 20 minutes to get another one. It ended up being a 4 digit code. 2. The parking spot is on ladybug lane NOT Northridge Rd. Do not go on Northridge Rd to find the unit, you will only find the A units. 3. It’s very hard to find the unit from the road so look for the parking spot marker first then walk up the stairs to the unit. If you’re arriving at night, it’ll be the most well lit unit with the lights (during the season). The unit was great for 2. A little lacking on luggage space because the closets already had stuff in it. The unit also could’ve been cleaner. There were cobwebs in corners with daddy long legs and dust on the bottom of the bed and window sill. Regardless of all of my warnings, it was quite a delightful unit with beautiful views. I’m hoping these tips will make your stay betterThe highlights were the laundry basket, washer and dryer, and the kitchen.

The condo was very well maintained. The location was ideal for us. The only complaints I have are that the floor is not even, the shower rod in the bathroom fell several times, and the location was a little noisy. I understand they can’t control the noise… Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

Kitchen and bed are worth itI really liked this unit. The decor was very well done. The bed was one of of the most comfortable i have had in a rental. We went to a concert at beech mountain. This unit is close to the parking at beech mountain resort. This gives you easier access to get into the concert and get out of the concert. The negative about this unit is that vacasa did not manage a failed door lock in a timely manner. Because the batteries were failing,, the door code was not working.It took 3 hours to get into the unit at 11 at night with pouring rain. They did not check back to make sure that we had gotten into the unit. This is a reflection on who was hired to make sure that the property was ready for guests. They also left the heat on full blast. We came in ready to go to bed and the heat was at 82. There is no ac. We had to spend another hour opening windows to try and cool the place. I recommend the unit for a couple, the living room futon bed would not be that comfortable unless it was for a child. The unit was clean overall, but the door lock fail and the heat upon arrival was a frustrating 4 hours.

The place was very cozy, and the weather was great. The outside porch was delightful, shaded and comfy. The futon left a lot to be desired. The bed was very nice, and the kitchen was recently remodeled.

Nice Condo NO AIR CONDITIONER

Over all condo is very nice. Living room furniture nice but not comfortable. You have to read the small print this condo does not have air-conditioning even though several places we read showed air conditioning.

Unit missing key amenities

Lots of phone chatter to discuss air conditioning that wasn't available for this rental. It was difficult, talking to VRBO and the host Vacasa. It was such a hassle we decided to stay the 4 nights we were there. The middle of summer, it was muggy and didn't sleep well. Besides the air conditioning. It also didnt have the BBQ grill, Icemaker that worked, and a hair dryer. Would have used all that if available. We originally filtered to look for places with air conditioning. Vacasa claimed the unit didnt have air conditioning. The owner, Vacasa and VRBO should get together and update this rental ad.

Great Location, but tiny and not clean.

The location of the condo was ideal! It was super easy for our family to pop over to Beech Mountain to ski for the day. However, the condo was smaller than I expected. The futon was more like a twin than a double, but there was an air mattress in the linen closet that was big enough for our 8 year old and 11 year old to share. It did take up the entire living room. We arrived to a funky smell, which turned out to be the garbage that had not been emptied, nor had the dishwasher. The sheets on the bed were also dirty. I informed the management company but bc we arrived late in the evening there wasn’t anything they could do about it until the next day. We received extra sheets the next evening. We would definitely come back to the area, but I think we’d stay somewhere else!
