NO STEPS (very important since no elevator here), WALK-IN SHOWER, Spectacular Mountain Views, cozy rustic upscale finishes throughout, new plush luxury firm bedding, 65" flat screen TV in LR, 55" flat screen tv in MBR. Beech Mountain's only multi sports facility resort with heated pool & hot tub, sauna, fitness center, arcade, tennis, pickle ball, pool table, ping pong, basketball, picnic/barbeque deck, etc.!! Walk to nearby restaurants. Stone natural wood burning fireplace. Near numerous restaurants, Fred's market, etc. Lots of activities nearby including skiing, sledding, snow tubing, ziplining, whitewater rafting, hiking, biking, fishing, golf, tennis, horse back riding, grandfather mountain, Tweetsie railroad, Linville Caverns, Gemstone mine, Mystery Hill, .Wahoo Adventures rides, Banner Elk and other nearby wineries.

We had a wonderful time! The view of the mountain slopes was beautiful. The kids loved to swim at the pool. The host even had pool towels which was convenient. Everything was easy to find and navigate. Everything you need for a great mountain getaway! Would definitely stay again!

Clean and well stocked

Stayed here for kids winter break for three days of skiing. We got an unexpected snow dump while there and was very happy to have 4 wheel drive for the mile drive to the slopes. House had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable. The only heads up I would give is make sure to leave time to space out showers. With 6 of us and short timed showers it took a bit of time for the hot water to catch up so plan ahead if you have reservations somewhere. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for the great hospitality Ron.

Beautiful view of thew ski slopes and easy access to unit.

Condo was clean and orderly. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Ron was in contact to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We have stayed at Pinnacle for years and this condo is one we will go back to.

Fabulous Time with Great Convenient Location

Ron was amazing at communicating throughout the entire process. We ventured up for the Thanksgiving holidays. We figured out that we could park close to the dumpsters and walk on the walkway to the 2nd floor condo without climbing any stairs. The condo was cute and the wall heaters kept us nice and toasty in the snowy weather. There were sleds, pool noodles, and a wagon to help us venture out with the kids (9 and 4). There is a path connecting the property to the playground and sledding hill. Everything in town is within walking distance. Super convenient!

Terrible experience

Condo was beautiful and did have 3 very nice TV's that we simply were not able to operate. Host told me after my stay that instructions with needed codes and information was sent by his personal email rather than VRBO . This email went into my junk and I never saw it. Therefore we were accidentally locked out of the condo for over an hour because we used the VRBO information to try to contact host. We called at 12:22 pm and attempted 7 times with no reply until 4:42 pm from a number that came up as SPAM on my phone. During conversation the host gave me cable company numbers and info to contact them to fix TVs. When we left we attempted to clean the condo and take out trash but the only trash bags I could find or washcloths/dishcloths was one dish towel in the kitchen and the trash bag in the trash can, therefore we did have to leave some things that I assumed the cleaning fee I paid would cover. My family suggested that I ask for at least a partial refund for the fact that the TVs didn't work and we were locked out in the cold and could not get in touch with host. I messaged the host through VRBO and told him that I planned to give a review reflecting the experience and did ask for at least a partial refund. He replied with a very nasty response accusing me of extortion/blackmail and lying about not receiving email. He contacted VRBO accusing us of scratching refrigerator and trashing the place and charged me damages and asked them to put me on record to not rent to.

Great relaxing stay

Updated property with high end appliances and plenty of cooking and serving items. Large porch overlooked ski slopes. Clean and updated main bath with good quality bedding. Plenty of room for family to spread out for movies. Walking trails nearby. Wood burning fireplace was cozy. Overall a great stay with clean accommodations and close to all activities.

Family snow trip

Perfect location! Home had everything we needed and more. The only dislike and it’s completely a preference is the bed in the master was a little firmer then our liking, which made sleeping comfortable a little difficult.

Family Ski Weekend

Our family stayed here for a short family ski weekend at Beech Mountain. The property was clean and perfect for our needs. It was very convenient to the town and resort. Instructions were clear and communication was great with owner. We would stay here again.
