Large (1100 square foot) condominium high atop Sugar Mountain. Here you look out over several states at an elevation of more than 5000 feet. The beautiful scenery is viewable from each room or on your own private balcony. Condo is nestled in an alpine-like village, Banner Elk. High speed internet, free wifi, smart TV's.

At night, view the lights of village below - heavenly sunsets, very romantic - peaceful, serene setting. The building also has large, outdoor deck. Convenient 24 hour front desk and 24 hour security.

There are many activities in the area. From the first floor, step into the All Seasons Recreational Center with its indoor heated pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, and exercise room. Enjoy all of this while feasting on the mountain scenery through windowed walls.

The views from the condo balcony are amazing. This was our first time skiing and snowboarding, and we were pleased with the closeness of the condo to the ski resort and to Banner Elk and its restaurants and shops. The pool and hot tub were a welcome feature after the daytime activities.

The condo was wonderful, the owners were anwesome, and Staff plus amenities at the condo building were fantastic as well. You cannot beat the amazing gorgeous views off the balcony overlooking the mountains and the ski resort! The sunsets were absolutely phenomenal!! We enjoyed fun, affordable skiing at Sugar Mountain, and then complimentary sledding at Beech Mountain the next day. We explored Elk banner and Avery, and then had a great time hiking on Roan Mountain. We thought the condo was very well priced and we plan to return! Thank you for the memorable trip!

Beautiful location and well kept! The host was very helpful before we arrived and assisted in the knowledge of the local area, as well as helping understand weather conditions, because we were driving up in the snow. We agree that 4wd or AWD in winter is necessary, but what an amazing place. And the resort crew really did a great job of keeping up with the road and salting everything as the snow was coming down hard. The view is gorgeous and everything was wondeful in the condo! We loved having this place to call home for a few days! We are looking forward to our next visit!

My family had a great experience here. The location and views were perfect. The unit had all the amenities we needed. The dryer was great for our wet snow gear. The beds were very comfortable. The hosts also were very accommodating. The communication was the best part. Any questions were answered quickly and confidently. Super hosts for sure. Friendly and always willing to help us out to make our trip the best.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and communicative, providing us with ample information both before and during our stay. The location is fantastic, conveniently situated near the ski resort and other amenities and restaurants. To top it off, the apartment met all our expectations, being well-maintained and as advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Outstanding stay for a Thanksgiving get away! Unit was perfectly clean. Beds were comfortable and linens were quality. Towels were plentiful and plush. Couch was so comfortable with tons of snuggly blankets. Host offered sweet goodies like flavored coffee/hot choc, emergency toiletries, and starter cleaning supplies for dishes and trash. Amenities (spa, pool, hot tub) were well maintained and a lifesaver on the bitterly cold days. Place felt like home with a door wreath, mini Christmas tree and fully decorated harvest table! Host was extremely attentive via app/text but not intrusive. Extremely reasonable for price! Also, couldn’t beat the view, especially when we woke up to surprise snow!

The host are always available and fast to respond. What we like about the place is how clean it was. Towels and bedroom sheets are clean with no stains. In the kitchen she has everything you need to cook meals. The place has an awesome views.

The say was great. The apartment is well maintained, clean and with beautiful views. That there is also a heated pool for the building makes it a really great deal. The owner checked in with us and was really kind. Overall a great experience. The only thing to consider is that there is a shuttle bus that take you to the property, meaning you need to drop of everyone, drive back to the large parking lot, and catch a shuttle- this can be a bit of a hustle for a family, but it worked out ok for us, we just had to be more planned than usual. *there is a small shop and bar in the building in case uou need something urgent which also makes it easier.

If you want an amazing view this is your place! We watched the sunsets every night from the private balcony with a glass of wine ! Very clean and has everything you need. The location is perfect for Boone,Blowing Rock and Banner Elk . Denise the owner was very responsive to one concern we had and it was resolved very quickly. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Loved our stay on sugar mountain! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view is so beautiful and I do hope for more comfortable porch seating when we hopefully come back! Also the pool is quite cold even during the summer months.
