Situated directly along the shores of Snow Lake, a tranquil spot filled with shimmering Koi, this home provides a front-row view of a truly unique mountain landscape. Tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac with gated privacy, guests can enjoy both peaceful seclusion and exceptional convenience.

Step outside, and you'll find yourself just a short walk from the slopes, making winter mornings easy and stress-free—no need for long drives or parking hassles; simply grab your gear and go. When the snow melts, the prime location offers easy access to hiking, mountain biking, and delightful summer days spent exploring Beech Mountain's trails and outdoor activities. Additionally, the beloved Fred's Mercantile is only about a 10-minute walk away, perfect for picking up essentials, enjoying a quick meal, or soaking in some local flair.

Surrounded by towering trees, the home enjoys a peaceful forest backdrop with seasonal long-range mountain views. A gently running creek and charming koi pond enhance the tranquil outdoor setting, while three spacious decks provide inviting spaces to relax, dine, or simply enjoy the fresh mountain air.

Beech Mountain Ski and Lake Chalet embraces a relaxed, retro mountain vibe and has been cherished for decades. It offers comfort, character, and a friendly atmosphere. The central living area on the second floor features a cozy space anchored by a stacked stone wood-burning fireplace. With reclining leather sofas and a TV, it's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of outdoor adventures. The well-equipped kitchen features a gas cooktop, making meal preparation a pleasure, and the covered deck, complete with seating and a gas grill, invites you to savor the fresh mountain air year-round.

With living spaces spanning three levels, the home provides ample room for everyone to settle in comfortably. On the first floor, guests will find a private king primary suite complete with a gas fireplace and ensuite bath, along with a spacious family room and direct access to a deck overlooking the lake. The second floor includes the main living area and two additional king bedrooms, one of which shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, while both offer deck access. On the third floor, a queen bedroom boasts a full wall of windows with peaceful lake views.

An additional amenity of a mudroom is great for guests to store outdoor gear during their mountain getaway.

- Dog-friendly (1 dog allowed)
- Level gravel parking for easy access
- During winter months (Oct–March), we strongly recommend 4-wheel drive or AWD. Chains may be necessary during snow or icy conditions.
- Exterior cameras are in place for security (one on the second-floor back deck facing the side of the home, and one at the front of the garage facing the lake)

Beech Mountain Club
Guests with a reservation at Beech Mountain Ski and Lake Chalet are eligible to apply for a membership transfer to the Beech Mountain Club (BMC) for the dates of the reservation.
BMC policies apply to a membership transfer. Please read the policy document carefully.
Upon booking, guests will receive an email with instructions, the BMC transfer policies, and the transfer application. The application must be submitted to the club by the guest at least 3 days prior to the transfer start date, which can be no sooner than your arrival date.
Please note BMC Policy 4a. Owners' membership is limited to two transfers per month based on a first-come, first-served basis. It is recommended to submit your application as soon as possible. CCR is unable to inform inquiring guests if two transfers are already accepted in a calendar month. Guests will need to contact BMC for information.
A membership transfer fee starting at $300 is charged to the guest by BMC upon the start date of the membership transfer.
Memberships start at the social level. Guests may upgrade membership with additional fees paid to BMC (see the BMC website for what is included with each level).
Transfers are administered by BMC, which has no affiliation with Carolina Cabin Rentals.
