This is a Grand house for Entertainment! Great for a weekday getaway, Holidays with family and friends, Birthdays, Graduations, Sports Party, etc. Home is very spacious. It boast of 5 specious bedrooms, 4 1/2 updated bathrooms, Gourmet Kitchen, Formal Dinning Room, Family Room, washer & Dryer central A/C and fans. Roof top deck to enjoy to city views and night lights, lower level patio for grilling an additional gatherings, all with the convience of being walking distance to Camden Yards, Horseshoe Casino and M&T Bank Stadium, and it's also next door to the OctoBar and other fine restaurants. Disaster

Take this property off your website, until they fix everything that is wrong in this house and they have proof that it's fixed. Do not rent this property, you will catch hell trying to get your money back.. no hot water, hot water heater busted and leaking, clogged sink ,mold

Good location, but poor communication

As mentioned in other reviews, the communication with the property manager was quite poor. We did not receive check-in information until 30 minutes before check-in time. The house overall was fine, but do not book if you plan to spend time at the house much beyond sleeping. The kitchen was inadequate and essentially unusable - the sink was clogged and the garbage disposal did not work to drain the water. I reached out to the property management and didn't receive a reply. The TV did not work either. On the positive side, the size of the bedrooms and the number of bathrooms were great for our group of 4 couples and the neighborhood location was ideal - very walkable to the Inner Harbor, the stadium area, and the bars/restaurants in Federal Hill.

Terrible terrible experience does not recommend!!!

I chose this stay for my family in town for my brothers funeral. Checking in is pretty basic but didn't take place until right when we're suppose to check in. All the Wi-Fi and internet didn't work our entire (not due to technical difficulties, but because they didn't pay the bill. They had a $1062 past due bill that was never satisfied. People staying that they wanted to do work and couldn't so this was major problem that was never resolved. I also could see the internet and tv service was off because of non payment. Also there was weirds blood stains on the shower curtain and the downstairs bed was broken. So much more but it was a nightmare stay don't think anyone hardly sleep the whole time. Host answered one of the calls and ignored 10 text to resolve issues, but no response. so no issues were resolved. VRbo was also no help at all. Absolutely do not recommend to anyone

Great House and Location!

We were literally 1 mile from everywhere we wanted to go and the house had plenty of space to accommodate all of us. The rooftop deck was awesome and we will definitely rent this house again next time we visit Baltimore!

Tough to give good review

I love the location in Fed Hill, but it’s tough to give a good review here. The place wasn’t cleaned from the previous stay when we walked in, so had to wait 5 hours after the typical checkin. They did provide us with a complimentary app at the restaurant next door. But then the internet didn’t work and thus the tvs didn’t work, so we were unable to work from the place or watch anything. Seemed like I had to beg to get things done. I asked them to make it right to refund the cleaning fee but they refused, so.now I have to go through VRBO to make a claim. Pretty disappointing.

Very nice house, in a great location

This is a spacious and well maintained house in a good neighborhood (Federal Hill). It is walkable to the convention center and associated hotels, so it worked very well for a group of colleagues coming to Baltimore for a conference (and a much better value than the hotels). The roof deck is a great bonus. The only problems were that we all had trouble accessing the WiFi, and the dryer didn’t work. The hosts weren’t responsive to messages, but did answer the phone for urgent matters. All in all, highly recommended, and I think each of us would gladly stay again.

Bad communication

Had messaged through VRBO about how to get in at 8 am, on our way to airport. Didn’t hear back until 10 minutes after check in time. I also talked to person about the internet connection. They were going to get back to me. I never heard from them all weekend. Couldn’t get any content at all on the TV.
