The bedsheets definitely were not clean. Behind the shower curtains had a previously used towel. The toilet had urine on the back of the seat. Had hairs along the shower walls. They literally went in and made the beds and called it good.

The room was very nice and modern. Well lit. I like the amenities at the hotel. I thought the vault bar was an amazing feature. Staff was friendly and genuine. I would definitely recommend.

Everything was in good working order. The setting on top of the hill with the Sioux River is so beautiful. Also, the eagles caught the attention of our grandchildren. Great place to take a family for some rest and relaxation!
