Good value for the money, central location and a very freindly and helpful staff

My stay in an all-female room with four beds was comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. The noise from the street was a bit much, especially the neighborhood dog that barked at different hours of the night (should have brought my ear plugs). It was Halloween night, so this was probably the reason. Be prepared to go up and down multiple flights of stairs. The all-female bathrooms were clean and spacious as where the showers, but it was impractical to go down a flight of stairs to get there. I was told new bathrooms will be installed on the second floor. The reception area needs an aesthetic revamp. I was able to leave my luggage in a secure area after checking out, this was a plus for me. A bus stop and convenience store is less than half a block away (another plus). It took me 20 to 25 minutes to walk to the Molly Malone statue, which IMO wasn't too bad. Don't lose your key card or you'll be charged $20. The staff was great. I would probably stay there again in the future.

Excellent location at the end of OConnell Bridge. Perfect base for sightseeing whether a first timer or frequent visitor to Dublin. Comfortable for our group of 5 although a second bathroom / toilet would have been a bonus

The staff is so friendly! Victoria is awesome and gave me recommendations on where to go and she also makes delicious mocha! My room was clean and had a nice view. 10/10 would stay again. This place was also walking distance for touristy areas.

Lovely hotel, excellent food. Some staff were great others not so helpful. Stayed in the large corner room which was excellent but the sink in the bathroom doesn’t drain, is heavily stained and the tap was loose.
