"Relaxing and terrific stay! The facilities are among the cleanest I’ve been too!"

"Wonderful staff. The property is an older historical landmark and needs some refresh. However, it's 5 star because of the incredible staff, very helpful, friendly, wonderful hosts. Breakfast is yummy, the grounds are beautiful. It recently changed ownership so hopefully it will receive a face lift."

"I expect staff to respond to my requests within a couple of hours . I shouldn’t have to request 3 times to get 2 extra coffee"

"Love this place. It’s in downtown Napa so walking distance to a couple restaurants we tried. The place is cozy small town vibes inn which was what we wanted. We do not care for big box corporate hotel so this was perfect. Dolly was such a sweetheart when we were there and she made breakfast time great. The coffee was so good! "Joy, the manager, host and chef is excellent at her job she made us feel welcome the moment we walked in the door and continue to do so for three days. Her cooking was fabulous. Five star. It’s a beautiful property. The room was huge plenty of amenities. Perfect location, wonderful price."

"We loved the Napa Inn and Spa Great room Very comfortable bed Awesome breakfast everyday Location is perfect"

"Amazing location right by the river and very quiet"

"I was hesitant because of the location and could see building is circa 1970. However, I was so pleasantly surprised! Inside was completely remodeled with modern and appreciated updates. Super clean. Super helpful team and super nice hot tub and pool. Highly recommended"

"Nothing special about this hotel. It is very expensive for the price of this room. They didn't even give us a bottle of water when we arrived. No place to hang your towels inside or outside the bathroom. You have to wait five minutes before you can get hot water for the shower. The wall is very thin. We could almost everything outside our room."

"Spotlessly clean, well presented with lovely little extras and touches such as good quality toiletries. The towels, kitchen roll, tea towels and toilet paper were modelled in cute fan shapes that almost looked to good to use. Excellent kitchen facilities including dish soap, sponge, tea towel, dishwasher sachets. Parking right outside each property. Staff were extremely polite and welcoming. Facilities such as the pool, exercise room and hot tub were an added well maintained bonus too. We were...
