Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, window and washing machine. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin, WC and window.
Top floor: Living room with 1 cot, lounge and TV. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed, high chair for children, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received only in national language per cable. Smart TV.

Balatonlelle. The holiday home is located on a 800 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 5 cars) is available on the property.
