The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff was very polite. However, there are a lot of homeless people all around that area. Some actually sitting right outside the hotel entrance.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. It is within walking distance of the Needle and Chihuly Gardens. Short taxi ride to Pike's Place. We found
it cheaper to use the taxis than Uber since they have a flat rate. The rooms were clean and linens new and fresh. Bathrooms were clean and everything worked great. Staff was outstanding and offered to help us in any way they could. Perfect place if you are cruising. They have tons of restaurants, a pharmacy, and a couple of great groceries nearby. Highly recommend.
