Enjoy sunsets and sunrises from the patio or right from the living room couch as well as the second level deck overlooking scenic views. There are so many fun things to do at this house! Game room in walk out basement with Foosball table, freestanding Arcade game with 15,000 preloaded games! Walk-out basement has a TV with a spacious couch to watch movies, bunk room for the kids to play with lots of toys, and there is an electric fireplace. Need to work from home? No problem there is an office space in the primary bedroom closet! The primary bedroom features a soaking tub with an oversized glass enclosed shower and double sinks. This home also features a 2 car garage for you to park if you would like. All linens and cookware are provided. Along with a highchair and pack n play.

Transportation: Please note that there is a dirt road to this home. A 4WD vehicle is required to access this home. Due to the located on a dirt mountain road, road conditions can vary, and unfortunately, we do not have control over ruts that develop or the timing of county road maintenance. For this reason, our listing does require a 4WD vehicle.

The gravel road and the driveway to the house are plowed when it snows 6 inches or more. Snow plowing times are not guaranteed.
