Brand new deck and paved driveway!

Beautiful 3 bedroom + loft and 2 bathroom mountain home on 1.5 wooded acres. Enjoy the incredible sunrise from the brand-new and massive balcony, or relax in the hot tub and gaze at the stars.

This home is very private but nearby great hiking, fishing, and restaurants in the town of Bailey. This is a family-friendly home with a large number of children's games/books, a Pack n' Play, foosball table, and a dartboard.

The home has washer, dryer, high-speed wifi (that can stream movies easily), HD televisions, and more!

The house sits on 1.5 Acres at the top of a sloped driveway. The basement includes a play room with a foosball table, couch, and washer/dryer. Upstairs on the main floor you'll find the kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms with Queen/King beds and a full bathroom. Upstairs you'll find the Master Bedroom with a king bed, on-suite bathroom, as well as a loft that includes a 2 twin trundle bed and a desk/working space with a computer monitor (USB-C adapter).

The home has one security camera that is exterior and only can see the driveway.

The driveway is steep. AWD is recommended. If there's no snow or moisture, 2WD can typically get up the driveway. If there is snow and a 2WD cannot get up the entirety of the driveway, there's a pull-out area where 2 cars can park, but it's about a 50-75 yard walk to the home from there.

I had to text hosts due to a cleaning mishap but both of them responded really quickly and issue was resolved.Great host communication.House is really nice and matched photos.Clean hot tub and fenced in deck is really nice.

Great spot for Deer Creek wedding

We were in town for a wedding at Deer Creek Mountain Camp and this house is a very convenient few minutes down the road. It is a clean and comfortable home with a beautiful view from the deck. The hot tub is very clean. All slept well on the beds and the WiFi worked great. We enjoyed the food trucks in the parking lot of Loaf ‘n Jug gas station and coffee from the Coffee Bean & Bakery nearby. We wished we had another day to explore!

Super clean and spacious

Erik was a wonderful host with great communication skills! Enjoyed staying with our friends in his home. Bed was very comfy. Wi-fi worked great. Nice new appliances and well stocked kitchen. Best of all, nice close proximity to the Deer Creek Mountain Camp wedding venue just up the road!

Roomy cabin in the mountains

We were in town for a family wedding and stayed at Eric's cabin. It was well equipped and very comfortable, the great room and kitchen area is open with plenty of seating. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub, enjoying the mountain view. Eric's communication was much appreciated.

We enjoyed a little family getaway for my sons 18th birthday. The location was perfect for some time always from the city but also some little day trips to Breckinridge and Redrocks. The host was super responsive. We loved our stay.

Family wedding

We were in town for our nephew's wedding at Deer Creek Mountain Camp. The location of the cabin was perfect for us! It was clean and spacious. The owner's were very helpful with sharing information about the home and the surrounding area. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely be staying here!

Quiet Remote Cabin

Very nice remote cabin. Views were fantastic and the hot tub was a must do after a long day of sight-seeing. The downstairs family room was a nice place for the kids to decompress. The road and driveway has large gulley washouts from all the rain, confident drivers only.

Beautiful mountain retreat

Me and my girlfriend had chosen Erik’a property because of the location. Once we stayed we realized it was much better then the location! Erik was very nice, and gave us all information we needed prior and during our stay. With a hot tub on site, you are all set up to relax after a day of hiking up mount Bailey. 10/10 recommend this rental and all of its amenities!
