The Space:

Exterior façade renovation work, including the balconies, is scheduled in sections until December 12, 2026.



This work may cause noise on weekdays, between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.



The complex is divided into 11 sections, and the work schedule varies depending on the unit. Since the complex is quite large, the impact may vary from one condo to another depending on the distance between your unit and the work area. For example, units ending in 3 are several condos away from units ending in 11, which may reduce the level of noise perceived depending on the location.



Here is the planned schedule by unit:



-- Units ending in 1 and 2: August 12 to October 9, 2026

-- Units ending in 3 and 4: August 27 to October 30, 2026

-- Units ending in 5 and 6: September 11 to November 9, 2026

-- Units ending in 7 and 8: September 28 to November 23, 2026

-- Units ending in 9, 10 and 11: October 14 to December 12, 2026

Condo 311 — The 5 Senses: Awakening and Comfort on the 3rd Floor



This corner unit on the 3rd floor, with windows on three sides, was designed to awaken your senses. Take in the breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and the Baie-Saint-Paul mountains from indoors or from the private, covered balcony.



The cozy interior, soothing color palette, candles, and two large televisions create a calm and relaxing atmosphere.



Every sense is thoughtfully catered to: the comfort of the sofas and beds, yoga mats and cushions, a fully equipped kitchen with a fondue pot, raclette grill, waffle maker, and wine fridge, a Nespresso machine and manual coffee maker, an essential oil diffuser, as well as a guitar and high-quality sound system in the living room and the spacious bedroom.

Enjoy the charming Baie-Saint-Paul beach, just 9 minutes away, and also explore the Massif de Charlevoix (skiing and snowboarding), a must-visit in the area.
