This holiday home lies on the 1st floor and at the border of the medieval hamlet of Montefegatesi. Rondinaio disposes of stunning views onto the mountains and plain, a private garden (of about 1’000 sqm) and a private swimming pool (set on earth, 5 x 2,5m, depth: 1.20m).
Access to the apartment within an external staircase to the 1st floor: living-cum-dining with couch, 2 upholstered chairs, dining table, wonderful views onto the mountains. Kitchen with stove, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee brewer, fireplace, iron, iron board, exit onto a balcony with views on the village of Montefegatesi. 3 spacious double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and basin. 1 child bed and 1 high chair available.
The apartment is simply furnished but it is cosy.

Rondinaio has a spacious garden which is at the exclusive use of the guests, about 1’000 sqm, completely fenced (mash wire), a swimming pool (set on earth, 5 x ,2,5 m, depth: 1.20m) also at the exclusive use of the guests.
The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, barbeque, sun-umbrella and deckchairs. Utility room on the ground floor with washing machine. WiFi included.
Parking near the holiday home, possibility to park within the grounds.
The ground floor is used, from time to time, by the relatives of the owners. Only the entrance gate to the grounds is in common with the holiday home, the garden and the swimming pool are at the exclusive use of the guests.

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
