The selection of appliances is rounded out by a coffee maker, an egg cooker, and a hand mixer. There is plenty of storage space, allowing you to keep the kitchen tidy.

Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, where a large rustic dining table with a solid wild oak top is complemented by a comfortable seating arrangement consisting of a spacious three-seater bench and three cantilever chairs. This area then flows smoothly into the living area, where two comfortable armchairs and a cozy two-seater couch await you around an old wine barrel used as a table. Entertainment here is provided by a smart TV, an internet radio with DAB+ and a CD player. Wi-Fi is, of course, also available. From here, the balcony offers an incredible view of the forest on the hills across the way.




The spacious 12-meter-long corner balcony can be accessed directly from the dining area, the living area, and the large bedroom; located on the 10th floor, it offers a fantastic view all the way to the large Burgberg hill, including the aerial cableway.




The generously sized living and dining area, along with the kitchen, is complemented by the impressive floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the balcony and attractive artwork. This creates a very bright and welcoming atmosphere.




You’ll also be pampered in the two bedrooms of the “Liebelei,” each featuring contemporary box-spring beds with a sleeping surface measuring 180 x 200 cm. The beds feature pocket-spring mattresses. The headboards are flanked by small, stylish reading lamps that include a place to set down and charge your cell phone. The smaller bedroom, which does not have access to the balcony, is also equipped with an additional smart TV.




All windows have exterior blinds that are electrically controlled on the balcony side, allowing them to be adjusted individually from the living room.




The newly tiled bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower measuring 120 x 90 cm with an integrated “rain shower,” an LED-lit mirror, plenty of storage space, as well as a sink and toilet. Like the additional, separate half-bath, this room is tiled white on the walls and dark anthracite on the floor.

The building on Kurhausstraße was constructed in 1977–78, and the apartment was extensively and lovingly renovated in 2020. The apartment is spacious (78 square meters), fresh, and bright—perfect for your vacation.




The 10th floor has two elevator entrances.




An indoor pool with a sauna facility is available to you and other guests in the residential complex. The complex’s bowling alley can be used for a fee. Washing machines are also available in the building for a fee.
