Located behind the gates of Beaver Creek in the prestigious Ridgepoint community, 188 is your perfect home away from home. This grand 5 level 3 bedroom, 3 full bath townhome features an extra sleeping loft and a nicely updated kitchen. The master bedroom and en-suite master bathroom are on the private ground level along with the entryway and mud room. The sunny guest bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are on the second level a few steps away from the ground floor. Up on the third level is the spacious living room with 25' vaulted ceilings and an elegant floor-to-ceiling stone-wrapped gas fireplace. There is a small private patio just off the living room too. The comfy couches are a great spot to relax after a long day of hiking or skiing and are positioned nicely to watch the giant flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Up another small flight of stairs is the kitchen, dining area, 3rd full bathroom. The dining area is perched overlooking the windows in the living room and has a dining table that seats six. The well appointed kitchen features a bar with additional seating for three and has been updated with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances. The spacious laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer; the 3rd bathroom next to it features a shower. On the top (5th) level there is an airy loft with two twin beds that can be converted into a king and a TV, the perfect place for the kids in the group to have some private time for themselves.The community hot tub and pool are just steps away from the front door for added convenience. Ridgepoint is a ski in/out community with access to the Lower Beaver Creek Lift. In summer enjoy golfing, horseback riding, tennis, and rafting. In winter you'll make memories in some of the best powder around at Beaver Creek mountain or perhaps take advantage of dog sled tours or snowmobiling. No matter the season, 188 Ridgepoint is the perfect choice to make home base on your next destination vacation!

You will receive an invite to the guest portal at the time of booking with reservation
confirmation. Access instructions are emailed seven days prior to arrival.

The SkyRun Advantage: All SkyRun Beaver Creek properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with hotel quality bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

The condo was cozy and nice. It was perfect for our group of 7. Skiing out was a short walk uphill, but skiing in was easy. The shuttle was convenient and easy to get back and forth from the village.

We stayed Sunday - Thursday in March. The Beaver Creek interconnect shuttle picks up upon request and it is possible to ski in and out. The house was well appointed. We ate in every night gathering around the large dining table.

This was a fantastic place to stay. Well stocked and well designed. It was perfect for two families of four. We took the shuttle everywhere and loved that it stopped at our doorstep, especially with young kids in ski boots. The place was clean and had a great amount of seating as well.

The place was great! It was very clean and had everything you could want in the kitchen. Hot tub was large and very nice. We did the ski in/ski out everyday and no issues with the short walk. Would highly recommend!

It is a well maintained, clean, comfortable & cozy home. With the loft, there are 4 sleeping rooms. The kitchen has all the dishes, glasses, pots & pans, crock pot, mixer, coffee pot, etc that you can need. The location is fabulous for getting to the ski area. It’s a short 5 minute drive, or the super convenient shuttle that will pick you up, basically at your door and drop you off at the village/lift. There’s a washer/dryer in the laundry room just off the kitchen. There is not a thing to complain about! We would absolutely stay here again when we return to Avon/Beaver Creek!!

Loved the hot tub and did do ski in. Kitchen is well appointed, just needs a pitcher. Bathrooms needs more towels for use at the hot tub in addition to bath towels. There are spare pillows but none with pillow cases, which is not cool. Finally, while there were directions for how to operate the fireplace, we were not informed to turn it off at night otherwise the heat won’t kick in for the bedrooms. It was freezing each night until we figured it out half way through the stay. Other than these items, we enjoyed our stay and found it comfortable and clean.

This condo is well appointed and as described. Kitchen has everything you need. The location can’t be beat with ski in/ski out and on demand shuttle making accessing the slopes very convenient. Biggest issue is a lack of area to hang out if someone is sleeping in the loft area. Property management is very responsive and the community hot tub is great.

We loved the condo, though it did feel a bit like living inside an M.C.Escher painting. There are so many stairs and with 5 different levels controlling the temp throughout was a bit tricky. Overall everything was great for our group of 8, the twin beds on the top floor were a tad short for actual adults but we worked it out. The community hot tub at ridgepoint is the best community hot tub we've ever had in 15 years of ski trips. We never figured out the ski out bit but did eventually find the residential run to ski back. Fortunately the village connect app for the shuttle service in Beaver Creek is top notch so we didn't mind much at all.

We enjoyed this spacious and conveniently located rental for our family/friend ski vacation in Beaver Creek. Easy transportation to BC Village through shuttle. Lots of storage for ski/snowboarding equipment and gear. Cozy yet spacious. Property management team was incredibly easy to work with, kind, professional and always available.

We had an amazing stay here! The house was spacious and in a nice little neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were a quick walk and always running. My group of 8 adults shared this house easily.

Prefect location for our annual family ski vacation! Lots of space for our family of 5. The outdoor closet for skis was a plus! Never tried the ski in/out from the condo, but the shuttle was a breeze. Check in/Check out was hassle free.
