The first level of the home opens to a large game room with a pool table, card table, stereo, and sitting area with a TV and DVD. Challenge friends and family to a pool tournament or to a night of card games. While you wait for your turn, grab a cold drink from the full-sized refrigerator or a snack at the wet bar with and a sink. Laundry and a full bath are on this floor. Let the kids take this level’s bedroom, a queen bedroom that shares the game room bath. Deck access to the outside on this level makes going to the ocean easier then ever.

Make travel between floors easy with the elevator. The second level of the home has three bedrooms. Two king master bedrooms face the ocean and offer amazing sunrise views. Step outside before meeting the whole family and watch the sky turn pink and, if you’re lucky, catch dolphins playing. Both master bedrooms have deck access and private attached baths, one with a handicap-friendly bath and TVs. The third bedroom is the bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds that use the hall bath on this level. Let the children stay and watch a movie at the second level den area with seating and a TV. Sliding glass doors offer access to the second level covered deck from this area as well. The covered deck offers the perfect place to slip out at night and take a relaxing soak in the bubbly hot tub.
