It is steps away from many restaurants, bars, shopping and, most importantly, the ski hill. The building also has ski in/out accessibility. Perfect, central location for all Beaver Creek events: weddings, Tree Lighting Ceremony, October Fest and your yearly family ski vacation!

A great week of skiing with our adult children; a party of six. Condo was spacious and every bedroom had a bathroom. A comfortable living room overlooking the outdoor ice skating rink. The kitchen was well stocked. Conveniently located on the Beaver Creek plaza.

Can't miss place with a perfect location -- Spent a holiday week and couldn't have been more impressed with how unit was decorated! Unit was as represented, and was fully stocked with everything you needed for a great week. Would recommend and definitely would rent again --

We travel to BC a few times a year and have always stayed at a family condo in the Osprey which is great but something about being in the village overlooking the ice skating rink with mountains in the backdrop is just magical especially for the children. Bonus... you have a great view from the balcony to enjoy the fireworks. Overall I I can't rate this enough stars as the condo had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay and the host is more than accommodating and very responsive which always makes things more pleasurable. We will be back soon! Thanks again Rachel!

This is a beautiful home in the heart of Beaver Creek Village. It has so much room for family to spend time together! It is minutes from the slopes and you can walk to shop, eat and enjoy the village!

I’ve been coming to the Beaver Creek area for 30 years and I’ve probably stayed at more than 30 places on the mountain. This was my favorite! Awesome location! Fabulous family owns the unit and manages it. We will be back!

Our family had an incredible trip to an amazing property situated in the heart of Beaver Creek. It was well appointed and very spacious. Rachel was awesome and very responsive with any question we had. Our family throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

Great location in the heart of Beaver Creek village. Condo was very spacious and well-managed. Be sure to read the checkin procedures closely - the luggage drop off and parking is a little confusing and there are a few elevator / door codes to have handy. Rachel was very helpful and responsive.

The location of the unit was perfect, literally people watch with the ice rink below, great music and light show but easily could block out with the pull of the shades and clearly the insulation of the windows and patio door muted any activity below. The size of the unit is much larger than the photos convey, and right next to elevator or stairs to quick access to the slopes. The parking garage is a little confusing but our excitement to check in most likely distracted the well written arrival instructions (once we actually read instead of guessing is was obvious) and the location from the parking spot to the elevator is a few steps making the luggage trip a breeze. The unit was very well equipped with all cooking utensils and easily made breakfast and dinner. The bedrooms all had plenty of bedding and the beds, pillows were very comfortable. We had 5 grown adults and easily could have had 8-10 with plenty of room for everyone. Our host, was incredibly thoughtful and communicated with precise directions with photos to identify landmarks as you arrive and turn by turn directions. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely be coming back to stay again.

We had stayed near the village in past visits to BC, but the amazing location of this property and the equally amazing quality of the property made for an awesome Christmas week stay, not to mention the tons if powder that we got the opportunity to enjoy on the slopes. Rachel was equally awesome with instructions, guidance and responsive communication throughout booking and our stay. Perfect stay and can’t wait to do it all over again in the future!

We had a positive experience, just not as much detailed information about where to go and exactly what to do on arrival. More detailed information was inside the property. So things eventually worked out.

We spent spring break in Beaver Creek with our kids. The condo was a quick walk to ski school for the kids and the lifts for the parents. The host was extremely responsive to our questions. We had a great stay!

1st, this unit is quite a bit larger than it appears in the pictures. There is a foyer, ski equipment drying room, three bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one like a mini spa with a jacuzzi tub), a laundry closet with full size side by side washer and dryer and a very nicely appointed kitchen that is wide open to the dining area and family room. 2nd, the location is ideal / unbeatable. I wouldn’t prefer to be anywhere else in BC. The family room actually juts out almost over the center of the Park Plaza skating rink where all the action takes place and you’ll find the best restaurants, shopping and the market / grocery store. The walk to the Centennial life is maybe 50 yards and all elevation changes are accomplished via escalator for the comfort of those in ski boots. The Haymeadow lift is equally close but in a different direction, also with escalators along the way. 3rd, a ski equipment room was previously mentioned but deserves more detail. This room, immediately inside then front door is a complement to the ski locker outside the unit in the hallway where just boards, skis and poles are stored. Everything else comes into the ski equipment room where there is a boot drying system for probably 10+ pairs of boots, loads of shelves and hooks to hang everything else and fans galore to dry out even the wettest boots and gloves. This probably gave us back a half hour a day in a making drying everything out of the next day so easy and convenient. 4th, you’re already sold on BC if you’re reading this but the town is phenomenal. Complimentary warm cookies everyday at 3pm, glow stick ski show and fireworks every Thursday night, Park Plaza fair every Saturday, virtually zero lift lines every time we come, a massively vast mountain that takes days to explore and no need to ever get in a vehicle but rather take a short walk to everything- it really is a dream. 5th, the hostess, Rachel. was a delight. She is responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and made everything easy and efficient. I would say check-in and check-out were great but with Rachel there is no check-in or check-out, you just tell her what code you prefer for the front door and that’s it, you’re checked in and clear to access your new temporary home! Check-out? Just leave. That easy! 6th, all the amenities you need are there - fast wifi, outlets everywhere, switch-on/off fireplace, huge TV with all the channels and streaming services, chess table, etc. Enjoy!!
