The Space:

Enjoy sweeping lake views from both levels of this beautifully renovated family home. A short, flat walk takes you to the beach, cafés, shops, park, and lake.



Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, living, and dining areas flow seamlessly into a spacious deck featuring an 8-seater dining table and relaxed lounge seating. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances including a Nespresso pod machine, induction cooktop, and oven.

• Separate media room with two workspaces

The swimming pool is heated, but temp controls are not able to be changed, heating depends on the time of the year and weather conditions.
