**PLEASE MESSAGE BEFORE INSTANT BOOKING**
Starting 01/01/24 and ending 03/30/24 there is a 4-night minimum stay. Starting 03/30/24 and ending 01/04/25 there is a 7-night minimum stay, beginning and ending on a Saturday. Check in 4PM on Saturday, Check out 10AM on Saturday.

Lovely first floor condo located at 798 Sunrise Drive, Avalon, NJ! This bayside condo has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

-Primary bedroom: king size bed with attached full bathroom
-Bedroom 2: 1 full bed and 1 twin bed
-Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds
-Bedroom 4: 1 twin bed
-Living Room Pull-Out Sofa Bed
-Kitchen with island & stools
-Kitchen table with seating for 4
-TV and Wi-Fi (no cable)
-Washer/Dryer in Unit
-Central Air Conditioning

Important Notes:
- Pool area will be open by 05/25/24 and closed on 09/28/24.
- Pool area will be open by 05/24/25 and closed on 09/27/25.
- Linens, towels, toiletries and beach equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED!
- The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees.
- Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME.

Pet Policy: We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. Our pet fee is $50 PER DAY for ONE pet. We require the name, breed and a photo of your pet prior to approval (some restrictions apply). If the pet is not disclosed before your stay, we will charge $250 per day, per pet.

Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We only spent two nights, so it was a very quick trip, but the house had everything we needed. We loved the kitchen/living area to prep food and have the kids within sight. The pool was such a nice addition to our stay since we were able to swim while our little one slept. There was a scent of cat pee throughout the bathrooms, so I wonder if there was a kitty licking there at some point. There was also a bit of mold on the ceiling in the hall bath. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Check in was a breeze, house was spotless and kitchen is well stocked so easy to cook for the family. Pool is a great added extra and the space is plenty big enough. Great quiet location close enough to amenities in Avalon. Highly recommend.

Great Vacation House

What a great house! The decor and feel of the house was extremely nice. Everyone room was clean, and comfortable. We absolutely loved the kitchen. Relaxing at the pool each late afternoon was a welcome treat after spending the day at the beach. We highly recommend renting this property!

5 star stay!

My friends and I did a girls trip for a few days and had such a great time! The house was perfect for us- clean, cute neighborhood and in a convenient location. The house came with the amenities/appliances needed and the pool was a huge plus! Carissa was a pleasure work with, as she was very responsive, professional and friendly. My friends and I are already planning our follow up trip for next year!

Quiet and spacious condo!

Nicely renovated place with a great sitting room and big kitchen for families. The lower level/one floor layout was perfect for my Dad who has trouble walking up stairs. Great communication with the owners!

Bachelorette

We had a fun getaway weekend at Avalon for my bachelorette party. We enjoyed the nice warm pool! Outside property was very well maintained, inside had ants everywhere. We kept finding them in the kitchen, couch, window sills, and beds! I ended up having to reach out to make the property manager aware that pest control was needed. Owners upstairs have dogs that whine and bark and you can hear straight through the walls. We also woke up to a concert every morning (blasting music in the shower) upstairs. If I were to come back, I definitely would not bring children for this reason as it was very disturbing. You do share the pool with the owners upstairs whom were down in the pool area with us 90% of the time. I think it’s worth finding a property whom you don’t have to share with another family is ideal. It was like being in college all over again! 😏

Great property!!

This was our second year in a row renting this property. We love it and accommodated 8 adults very nicely! Would also work well for a couple families renting together! The pool is a great addition and it’s a great location to the center of town. I’d highly recommend renting here!!!

Family Wedding

The location of this property was excellent for our use. Very close to the NJ family our daughter was marrying into. The unit did not meet our expectations as ready to use. There was mold on the ceiling of one bathroom, garbage left outside the door, and dishes left in the dishwasher. Few amenities such as soap, coffee filters, dishwashing soap and toilet paper were provided. We traveled from Portland, OR to NJ for this stay and did not expect to have to purchase these items in order to spend our first night. The pool was not heated as stated in the listing and we had to rent sheets and towels. We would have preferred to have these supplied by VRBO at additional expense rather than have to arrange for them ourselves. Plus, the TV fell off the wall, narrowly missing one of our guests.

Beautiful Avalon property

We had an enjoyable week at this beautiful first floor beach home located at the tip of 21st street. The location was lovely, the sunsets spectacular. It was a great way to kick off our summer vacation. I would highly recommend this property.
