"Breakfast was surprisingly good. Overall very good stay. Only minor complaint is the sink faucet water flow was too close to the back edge of the basin, which made washing hands awkward. "

"Housekeeping leaves A LOT to be desired. There was poop droplets on the bathroom floor. Shampoo and conditioner from the wall dispenser was running down the wall in the shower. There was also a 2 1/2 inch tree roach running around in there that I had to trap with a plastic cup and flush down the toilet. There was a milky white substance that stained the sofa. The desk, mirror, and bathroom counter had nasty smudges and residue on them that you could see and feel. The microwave didn't work....

"No first day breakfast at 8 am there was no hot food several people waiting for the hot food and nobody was there for 20 plus mins. Seems a person came in around 8:30 and started working in the small kitchen. Parking was okay no issues. The hot water would take for long time and water pressure was extremely low. Very Low....Staffing was okay. Need to work on some issues but I might stay there again. Would have to see for the price and what was available in the area....."

"Second time staying here and probably last. Tried to book room thru their website. Was more than Expedia and wouldn’t match and I’m a Marriott member and still wouldn’t do anything. So booked thru Expedia. Room was dusty and didn’t even give new glasses after we used them. Then 2x our key card stopped working. Asked to talk to a manager. Was given a number to call. Called and it just rang so couldn’t leave a number. Then called and asked front desk to have someone call back. Still...

"Pretty disappointed in this property. I reserved a king through Expedia but was given a double queen. Initial room hadn't been fully serviced, bed was obvious someone had slept in it. Second room was also a double queen but was clean. However, the room had no drinking cups, no tissues, no hair blower. It did have shampoo. We discovered the morning of checking out that our ground floor window was unlocked as well as the screen. "
