The whole house, front and backyard, is yours! The garage and carport are unavailable, but there is space for 4 cars to park on the property and free street parking. Guests often mention that it is more spacious than the pictures depict.

Place was very clean. Close to restaurants. Owner replies right away. My daughter forgot her phone charger and the owner was sweet enough to mail it to us. Definitely recommend.

Family Weekend

Family weekend in Austin to visit our daughter who attends college in Austin. Great location, lots of space to relax and enjoy family time. The large dining table was perfect to play cards, have meals and just catch up/visit. The home was very clean! Highly recommend.

Beware - canceled with no refund!

Have stayed at this property in the past with good experiences. Our travel plans changed and I canceled weeks before the allowed cancellation date and the property manager stopped responding and never issued a refund! Very unethical and disappointing! Had to go to my credit card company to fight the battle and get my money back.

Great location for UT game

We stayed over for a UT game and the location was perfect! Walking distance to some fun bars/breakfast spots and the game but still far enough away in a quiet safe neighborhood. Couch is super large and comfortable- can totally be used as a bed for a guest.

Graduation

It was at a great location not far from where we were needing to go. The only thing we had issues with is that google maps took us to the wrong place and we had to use Apple Maps. It probably should be mentioned on the listing so others don’t get lost as we did.

Perfect Stay!

We had a total of 7 staying here, 4 adults and 3 teens. We were in town for the spring game, and to catch a baseball game as well, for the Longhorns. The place was very clean and spacious! We were within walking distance to the venues, and great eating as well!! I would highly recommend staying here. This will be the first place we look for when we come to Austin for a visit.

Loved this property!

Really enjoyed our visit to Austin! It was so nice to have the room to invite our son, his girlfriend, and their little dog to join us. Very spacious and well appointed. Love the backyard.

Great House, But

Overall, house was comfortable and offered a lot of space. Unfortunately, internet, stove and clothes dryer were not working properly. Host did remedy the internet situation and we were informed afterward that we arrived at an in-between time prior to a new range being installed. Location was good and would recommend for large groups, and hopefully all appliances will be up and running.

Convenient Location to downtown ATX and UT

Property was nicely appointed and in a great location if you are going to be doing things in downtown ATX or on the UT campus. Several neighborhood restaurants and bars within walking distance. Had no internet (or TV) the entire 3-night stay. Host responded quickly to my emails on the matter, but despite promising it to be fixed on the second day, it was never resolved. Overall, the property was nice but could have been better.

Poor response to issues

We stayed here over Christmas. While we enjoyed that it was a pet friendly place, it was not worth the convenience. The unit was dusty, had poor WiFi, dirty stove top and the water pressure was very low. But probably the worst part of our stay was that both nights we had to sleep on a very thin pair of sheets directly on top of the king size mattress, no mattress protector. After letting the mgmt know we were uncomfortable sleeping without a mattress protector we were told “sorry to share but the mattress pad is out for laundry.” The condo has a washer/dryer in the unit, not sure why it had to be sent out for laundry? I was told they could bring one the next day… after we left! The condo is in a great location to UT and we did appreciate it being pet friendly with a nice fenced in back yard.
