This 1,045 SF Hilltop Villa has 2 bdrm/2 bath and a large porch with a great outdoor living, dining and grilling area. The Hollows offers amazing resort amenities; 15 miles of hiking trails, 4 pools, a spa pool and hot tub, Grill/Bar, smokehouse grills, outdoor kitchen areas by the pools, playground, lakefront access, fitness center, marina with boat and jet-ski rentals.

Hollows 4th of July

This property was perfect for my parents with plenty of room, garage parking, views of the lake and convenient to the Besch Club and Marina. Highly recommend

Beautiful views, relaxing and peaceful with so many amenities

Very quiet and relaxing community. Wake up to a beautiful view and have some coffee right outside the bedroom. Enjoy the beautiful star filled skies at night. Something for the whole family to do. Friendly neighbors.

Thanksgiving Trip

We planned a last minute trip so we could be close our kiddo’s campus for Thanksgiving so he could enjoy Thanksgiving without having to make the 3+ hr drive back to campus on Thanksgiving day. It was just the four of us and the space worked out well. The host contacted me beforehand to make sure we had everything we needed to prepare Thanksgiving there. Check in and out were easy. The drive to the community was beautiful and not too far from town.

Amazing place to feeling relax

We assist to the circuit of the America in Austin drive was easy…we stay on this luxury and fantastic place definitely we going to back soon to enjoy the lake and of the wonderful property!!! Communication with the manager so nice !!

Great view of the lake

Super easy and convenient to check in and out of rental property. Grocery stores and restaurants are near by. Property manager was great and always easy to reach if needed.

Quiet

It’s a lovely property with good views. A very quiet property. The kitchen equipment could use a good refresh (only 2 wine glasses, no knives, only 1 kitchen towel). This unit does not have a BBQ grill and the community grill is a drive. Since it is 15 minutes to town, cooking in the unit is essential, but we found it challenging.

Family vacation

Just Amazing! Beautiful Hill Country, secluded rental, came with golf cart, trails for golf cart, Boat and fishing marina right down the road along with country club!! I can go on and on! This trip everything was absolutely perfect!

Spectacular View and Beautiful Neighborhood

Everything we experienced in this property was excellent. It was very clean, had a great layout with a beautiful patio overlooking the valley leading down to Lake Travis…Watched an outstanding Texas lightening storm in the distance. Nice bedrooms and useful foldout couch in the living room….easily sleeps 4 comfortably. The garage was a fantastic bonus to have. Quite a few nearby things to do, places to eat, grocery and pharmacy. Swimming pool area was very nice, though only one pool/hottub was heated. Lake was disappointing (low water level) for using it, but the view was spectacular. Management was very responsive. Really had a great stay. Definitely recommend it!

Very nice condo in a great location.

Property manager was exceptional, the grill didn't work and he brought over his personal grill for us to use during our stay. The location is wooded, quiet, and private, a great place to relay and enjoy the TX weather. The condo was in good condition, reasonable well equipped, and quiet. The floor plan is nice, the large patio is great for relaxing, and has a great view with no neighbors in sight. We enjoyed the stay, definitely one of our better winter getaways.

Cozy Quiet Condo

We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect spot for our group! This condo is tucked away from all the busyness and city noise. We enjoyed sunrises on the patio coming up over the hills and lake, watching deer in the brush and hiking on the trails.

Nice condo

Nice condo with one drawback. The beds were comfortable, the info books were great. All appliances worked, a nicely taken care of property. The balcony was also nice and big I wish I got to enjoy coffee in the morning. We were there for F1 so was only at the property to sleep in the evening and left early each morning. So I cant say much about the community or amenities. However, we were kept up until 2am by the upstairs neighboors music, screaming and cussing. Unsure if that was also a rental above us or actual neighboors, but something to be aware of. Also bring a hair dryer there wasn't one on the property. Im giving it 4/5 because of the neighboor issue and ran on 4 hours of sleep for race day.

beautiful location, noisy upstairs neighbors

The villa was extremely clean. Very Beautiful development. Trees need to be cut so you can see the lake better. I don't recommend renting a first floor unit. The upstairs occupants were smokers and made sitting on the patio outside very unenjoyable. They were also very heavy walkers!

Labor Day Getaway

Wonderful weekend with friends and family. Condo was clean and fit our needs perfectly. Suggestions would include a gas grill for patio and a ceiling fan for guest bedroom. We would stay here again! Property manager Bill Wallace was very responsive and helpful to us.
