The second bedroom is furnished with a chic trundle with 2 twin mattresses and a super comfortable full size futon sofa. Walk out of the bedroom and find a second spa like walk-in shower that will make you feel like you are in a cave.
OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES
Third floor patio offers beautiful hillside views, ample space to both relax in the hot tub or sit and relax to enjoy your favorite wine from one of the local wineries.
Bring your boat as we have plenty of parking and enjoy the neighborhood's lake park and playground. Lake Park offers picnic tables, boat ramp, a dock and playground.
When you are not on the lake, visit a wide variety of nearby local restaurants, wineries, and distilleries. If you are looking for a day in the city, Austin is less than 1 hour away.

Water levels are extremely low and access to water may be limited. The boat ramp is not accessible from the home.
Parking notes: Boat and RV parking available on property. Garage and street parking are not available.

This Condo has a first-floor entry with some steps, a sweeping hill country view from upper balcony, with parking available at the condo level. The owner of this property sometimes offices on the bottom floor of this complex, below the condo. The condo is a single-story entry, but sit on the top floor, for quiet enjoyment with spectacular views.
