4 Bedroom South Congress Ultimate Austin Getaway Home & just 2 miles to Downtown

Almost new 4 bedroom 2 bath home just 2 blocks off famous South Congress Blvd. Walk to great shopping, restaurants, clubs and everything else South Congress offers.

Inside the main level features an open living room/kitchen design with plenty of couch space for your group to enjoy a movie on the 55" TV or a great night of fun conversation.

The open kitchen is fully stock ed with everything you'll need to cook for the group. There's plenty of counter space and 2 stools for even more space to entertain. There's also a formal 4 person dining table in the kitchen space.

Two bedrooms off the main area feature queen beds. Upstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Master suite is upstairs and features a reading area and plenty of space. There's a king size bed and attached master bath with bath jetted soaking tub and separate shower. Walk-in closet.

There are a total of (5) beds in the house (1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Fulls).

Outside the home a has GIGANTIC covered patio with very comfortable furniture. The huge fenced backyard has a grass area and crushed granite sitting area with 4 chairs.

Amazing find!!!

We have stayed in a dozen vrbo rentals and this place was just perfect. They didn’t miss one detail. From coffee, creamers, snacks, and smore’s they had everything one could need and more. House was so clean and beds were super comfy. Location was ideal for walking to south congress area. Highly recommend this rental!!

Long weekend getaway

Had a group of three couples visit for a long weekend in Austin. The house/ property was fantastic! We were greeted with an awesome welcome basket and a fridge with refreshments. Everything was provisioned to get you started for a relaxing stay. Backyard is awesome with the covered patio/ fire pit and yard games. Great location with easy access to plenty of food/ beverage options. Loved our stay and the area. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

Great location, clean and cozy house

We had a great time in Austin while staying at this property. There were nice touches that made it feel like home. The fire pit was an awesome addition. Beds were comfy. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay in Austin

I have nothing but great things to say about Mike’s place in Austin. The house is convenient to many great places and check in was easy. The house was clean and comfortable. There were snacks for my grandson and drinks for the adults. My grandson loved the little play cubby and all of the toys. We would stay here again if we find ourselves in Austin.

Girls weekend in Austin

AMAZING! We had a great time. Your home was perfect for our group of 6 high school girlfriends. We had everything that we needed! From the welcome basket, coffee station, plenty of towels, soap and shampoo in the bathrooms and even umbrellas to borrow-you thought of everything. The location was great for us. Walk or short UberXL rides and plenty to do. We enjoyed Polvos Mexican restaurant and The Winebelly. Both were excellent and in walking distance, as was the H-E-B. Back at home, we spent a lot of time talking and laughing on the back porch. Thank you for a wonderful home base for our weekend in Austin, TX. I would definitely recommend this rental.

Great house, big back yard, and awesome location.

Glad we stayed here instead of the hustle & bustle of a hotel downtown. The house was perfect for our six person crew. It was beautifully decorated, and well stocked with kitchen ware. It was also supplied with keurig coffee. Even though we experienced record level rain, the back deck offered refuge for our gang to chat about the day’s activities over cocktails. Great location to walk SoCo. The owner was very responsive to any questions or needs. Wonderful overall experience!
