The Space:

The home features an expansive living room with stunning ocean views, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and elegant indoor and outdoor dining areas, with the outdoor space complete with a Weber BBQ for relaxed alfresco meals.



The sleeping arrangements include two queen bedrooms in the main house, each with its own private ensuite, a third bedroom with two single beds and access to a separate downstairs toilet, and a self-contained apartment with a queen bed and private bathroom. The property comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults, with the option to host up to 2 additional children for an extra charge.



Ideally located, the property is just an 8-minute drive or a scenic 15–20 minute bush walk from the Matiatia Ferry Terminal, a short drive to the renowned Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyards, and only 5 minutes by car to the shops, cafés, restaurants, and beaches of Oneroa Village, making it the perfect base for your Waiheke Island escape.



Other Things to Note:

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.

We may be able to host a small wedding (up to 30 people) with an additional venue hire fee and a refundable bond. Please feel free to message the host for more details.
