Please do not wear makeup to bed and stain pillows or sheets. This includes self-tanning or coffee. If you stain something please let me know asap.
Move furniture back to original position. Our cleaner is an older woman who can not move couch's/beds by herself. $50 fee if additional cleaner needed
Breakages to property or furniture: Cost to fix/replace + property management fee to organise & cost of off market if have to cancel other booking

Responsive Host, but place missing amenities

The most important qualities for us were covered: responsive host, hot showers, comfortable beds. What would have been better is if this had been a full kitchen like was described, and more like a residence than a hotel room. We expected it to be like a home (nice towels, full kitchen, etc). We expected to cook sometimes, and this is more like a hotel or crash pad, especially for 4-5 people. The 'kitchen' has no dedicated stove or oven, and though we found portable burners, the counter is so small that you have to move stuff around any time you want to cook or clean. The shower is so small, and the drain is not screwed in, so we kept stepping on it. I would definitely use this host again, but I'd pick one of his other places to stay next time. This was too small and too limited for more than 1 or 2 people, and the upstairs unit residents were loud at night and very early in the morning. Also, the parking was more limited and difficult than expected. Getting rid of the fence next to the garage would really help.

Serenity in the city

The most beautiful, peaceful and tidy place I've stayed at. Barry, my seven month old border collie loved the place and felt the most comfortable I've ever seen him. Jonny was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. Barry and I will be returning at our earliest convenience. I highly recommend you stay!

Great place and location

We enjoyed our stay here. Has a good size TV for ending the evening after adventuring. Clean and good space for our needs. Fridge is a little small but after staying here for 2 weeks most fridges are small here compared to the states. There are no extra towels for the beach so make sure you buy one if you want one for showering at the end of the day. Landlord is great and very nice. Was a great place.

Fresh, clean, modern space

This is such great value! it is clean and pleasant and warm with good kitchen and everything you could want. It is handy for the city (not far across the bridge) and not far to the bays. Off street parking is handy. The outside areas of the property to could do with a bit of work but its what's inside that really counts :)
