Sensational Sun Sets in the Heart of the Viaduct

This stunning corner apartment has a great view of the viaduct and receives the beautiful afternoon glow so you don’t even have to leave your apartment to catch that sunset over the harbour! Fully equipped two bedroom apartment is situated on the front of the apartment building. A generous master bedroom with ensuite is accompanied by a smaller single bedroom/ study, ideal for a family of 3 or 3 travellers. Enjoy harbour side walks around the marina.

Our apartment is located in the Sebel Hotel Complex right in the heart of the Viaduct, one of Auckland’s most desired central locations, with an abundance of bars and restaurants, all within an easy 5 minute stroll. You can enjoy harbour side walks around the marina and directly opposite your apartment are the Tepid Baths for gym users and a public pool. Commercial Bay and Britomart are just a 5-minute walk, you can find shopping for all tastes at these spots. There are hundreds of food and dining options with great takeaway choices at Harbour Eats in Commercial Bay and fine dining experiences in Britomart.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from downtown train, bus and ferry services. Private parking buildings only 1-2 minutes walk. An abundance of restaurants, bars, and site seeing options all within 2 - 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment. Uber, scooters and bicycles are all available.

A very nice stay in the middle of the CBD on the harbor. We stayed the weekend before boarding a cruise ship and the unit was the perfect size and location for our party of 3 adults. It was centrally located and convenient to bars, restaurants, and shopping. It was about a 3 block walk to the cruise ship. Communication with the host was clear and timely. The only consideration is that due to the location it is loud until late at night. While it did not bother us, I can see where it could be bothersome to a light sleeper.

Great location just steps to everything you could want including shopping eating and the ferry terminal. Easy walking to everything. Nice views of Viaduct Harbor. Working with property manager was smooth and they were very accommodating. Wonderful place to stay in the middle of everything!

Spectacular location!

Location, location, location. A beautiful view of the Viaduct harbor. Surrounded by great restaurants, shopping and many of Auckland's attractions. We had a lovely 3 night visit.

New Year's in Auckland

Rang in the New Year with my daughter which happens to be her birthday as well. Location is in the thick of all the festivities and was an amazing experience. Communication with host was very easy. Would highly recommend this location. Place was very comfortable, clean.

The process of booking and receiving the keys were easy and quick. The location is perfect, easy assess to everywhere. The apartment was spacious and very tidy. the new was breathtaking. Everything perfect.

Great location. Outstanding accommodation and building

As a very frequent user of VRBOs, we were very pleased with this property. The location was in the center of many restauarants, a short walk from the ferries, and close to the best shops in Aukland. The kitchen was well equiped, the apartment was modern and very clean and comfortable. The view across the harbor filled with sail boats and the Auckland Harbour Bridge. We also like the fact that the apartment was part of a residential hotel for added, but not necessary security. And for swimmers, the city indoor public lap pool is directly across the street.

Pleasing stay at the Viaduct

This apartment is placed in a very convenient location, quite literally at the best spot on the Viaduct. The balcony rests just above Dr Rudis and Soul so you get quite a nice view - however can be a bit noisy if you're after peace and quiet (it was fine for my group however!). Everything was quite nice, the bedrooms were spacious and everything was lovely. There is no dishwasher, however there is a fridge instead. The people before us had left their dishes dirty in the cabinet and the glasses were soapy however in contrast to all the good things in this apartment, this was just a minor con.
