This condo is the perfect place to stay for anything "Auburn"

The location is on the NW side of campus and a short walk across the parking lot to Jordan-Hare Stadium and the Auburn Arena. It is only a 1/2 mile to Toomer's Corner, with many restaurants and shops along the way!

Although we love animals, we have a NO PETS policy as there are too many guests with allergies.

The condo has two bedrooms and three full baths:
Room 1 has a Queen Bed and a full bath.
Room 2 has 2 Twin XL Beds and a full bath.
The living room has a sleeper sofa and an adjacent full bath.

As mentioned above, we are within walking distance to many restaurants, or you can enjoy our open concept unit and fully equipped kitchen to make a home cooked meal on your trip. There are several grocery stores nearby, and Instacart is available for grocery delivery right to your door.

We offer free Wifi and a Smart TV.

Came in for the Regional. Excellent location!! Ice Machine as well as laundry on site. This was not in the ad but key was in the room. Check in and communication was great. Would def stay here again.

Amazing location with three bathrooms, which made it much easier for all of us to get ready in the morning. There were a couple items that had been damaged prior to our stay: a bathroom towel hook that was coming out of the wall, and a piece that had come off the living room light fixture. Also, after buying groceries, we discovered that the toaster mentioned in the listing wasn’t there. Tried to contact the host, but no response. In addition, though sheets were provided for the pullout sofa bed, there didn’t seem to be an additional blanket available.However, the host had been extremely helpful in supplying us with an extra iron and ironing board when we requested it prior to our arrival! And they had thoughtfully left some Keurig pods for us after a late arrival the night before. Overall, a wonderful property, and we will likely book it again.

The condo was spotless! Literally has everything needed for a home away from home! Amanda , the host, is the absolute best! Always readily available for anything! We walked everywhere including the Easter service that packed 10,000 people in the arena. Just a beautiful stay!

We were there for a weekend of baseball. It was a 10 minute walk at most. All the athletic facilities are within a 10 minute walk. It was clean and perfect for our needs.

This condo is deceiving. It doesn’t look as appealing from the outside, but very nice inside. It was updated and very clean. The location is great. I was there to see my son and attend a baseball/ basketball game and everything was within walking distance. I would definitely use them again.

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Exceptionally clean and nice amenities. The only down side was having just one parking pass and one television...something for larger families to note. Overall, it was quiet and accommodating. Would recommend.

Great stay in a great apartment. Exactly as described and an easy walk to Jordan Hare. We brought a grill and hung out in the courtyard with the neighbors. Bring your bourbon. An impromptu tasting may happen.

Great two bedroom-clean, quiet side street within walking distance of stadium which is a huge plus on game days. Comfy beds, 2 BR with 3 full baths-plenty of towels too. Best smaller place we've stayed in Auburn. Hope to stay another time. War Eagle

Such a great condo! Perfect for my son and I to come for CWE and rush parties! Got a few groceries to make breakfast and snacks! Amazing location! So convenient! Would love to own one of these one day! Easy rental...got email with all instructions for getting in, parking pass, etc. Will rent it again for sure!
