Kitchen Use: Help yourself to supplies! Use a cutting board, avoid placing hot pans on counters, and keep metal, wood, and knives out of the
dishwasher. Everything else is dishwasher safe.
Only Owner’s Closets are locked. Please do not enter for any reason.
Remotes: Please don’t remove them.
No Pets: No pets or ESAs, and no ESAs on any furniture.
Trash: Please dispose of all trash in the gated outside dumpster, located across the parking lot.
Bedrooms: No food or drinks (except water).
Sleeping Arrangements - Please use sheets on couch. Do not sleep with throw pillows.
Towels: Please do not use bath towels for makeup removal or to CLEAN UP SPILLS. Use cleaning towels in the laundry room for spills. Black “Makeup” towels are provided.
Laundry: You’re welcome to use the laundry room, but excessive use may
result in extra charges.
Guests: Only registered guests are allowed. No unapproved visitors.
Security: Keep the house locked when away. Your code controls the alarm—use it as you wish.
Cleanliness: Keep common areas tidy.
