"The front desk staff could be a bit more welcoming and greeting arriving guests nicely. This was not the case both at check in and check out times. The breakfast was horrible and coffee was not even drinkable."

"Nice place to stay with the family. We travel with 4 kids and they had a great time at the pool. Morning breakfast which is included was great the kids especially liked the waffle maker. Overall very nice and welcoming."

"We booked through Expedia we waited over 6 hours to get our room. Rooms still needed to be cleaned when we arrived, mind you check in was 3pm and we arrived on time. Because we went through Expedia we were not a priority. Eventually got our room about 830pm-9pm."

"숙소는 국립공원관리공단 가까웠고, 관리자는 너무 친절했다. 서부 국립공원 1달의 여행중 유일하게 호텔이 아닌 숙소였는데,저녘에 데크에서 별을본것은 잊을수없을거같다.조금 불편해도 자연과함께하고픈 사람에게 추천한다. 단하나, 숙소의 문제가 아니라 세쿼이아 길이 너무 멀미가 나는것뿐"
