  • Unidad del segundo piso con dormitorio principal en el tercer piso.

    Esta unidad está literalmente a unos minutos de poner sus pies en el Océano Atlántico. Siéntese en la mesa de la cocina y observe las olas y el amanecer sobre el horizonte y disfrute del atardecer desde las dos cubiertas del frente. La suite principal superior tiene una terraza privada con vista al océano. ¡Cada habitación está decorada con un toque náutico para darle esa sensación de "orilla del mar"! Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y hay wifi en toda la casa.

    Hay pisos de madera en la sala de estar y cocina y alfombras en todas las habitaciones. Los baños tienen pisos de cerámica y amplios gabinetes y encimeras. Los pasos hacia la unidad están completamente cerrados, por lo que si se estaciona en el garaje, puede ir de su automóvil a la unidad sin salir. Hay mucho espacio en el armario, área de almacenamiento y asientos para acomodar a todos.


    El garaje tiene capacidad para dos autos estacionados con espacio adicional para el almacenamiento de bicicletas y artículos de playa. Hay dos camas king-size, una cama queen-size, dos camas gemelas y dos literas. Cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, que incluye microondas, tostadora, licuadora, cafetera normal y cafetera Keurig. También hay una unidad de combinación de lavadora / secadora.

    Justo afuera de nuestra unidad hay una rampa que lo lleva al paseo marítimo de Ocean City, que está a solo tres cuadras del parque de atracciones "Wonderland" y cuatro cuadras del parque acuático Gillians. El paseo marítimo ofrece minigolf, salas de juego, excelente comida y dulces, muchas tiendas y los mejores dulces de agua salada en la costa este.

    Por supuesto, en esos "días de playa no tan buenos" puede dirigirse a Asbury Avenue y disfrutar de todas las maravillosas tiendas y actividades.

    También puede cenar en una variedad de restaurantes que van desde restaurantes, restaurantes familiares y comida rápida. Si busca algo de emoción, ¡Atlantic City está a solo 20 minutos! No es de extrañar que Ocean City sea conocido como el "Resort familiar favorito de Estados Unidos".

First of all, wanna say the host are absolutely amazing. The property was amazing super clean, great location not a single issue whatsoever. More important than anything. The host were the best that we’ve ever had. Can’t say enough about this property and the location highly highly recommended.

The location was great. The house was perfect for our families. The deck views were amazing and distance to the beach can’t be beat. We had a wonderful week.

The property was as advertised. However, the policy of not supplying linens and towels puts an unnecessary burden on renters, and detracts from the experience. Other owners supply linens and towels; this owner chose not to.

Very clean and exactly as pictured

Came to ocean city with my friend, our daughters and some of their friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. The house was gorgeous and so clean, appliances were like brand new. Has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, beach chairs, cleaning supplies, even a closet filled with games. TV with all of the subscriptions. Jonathan left a detailed email and there’s a manual in the house with suggestions of places to go and restaurants. We had a great weekend and couldn’t be happier!

Time of our life 2020

Beautiful weekend with sisters, girls get away. House was everything as pictured. The owners were quick to reply and accommodating. The space allowed for together time as well space to retreat to a bedroom to chill out alone. Very close to beach and board walk. Enjoyed the sunrise both mornings. Even able to sit on the beach in November! Thanks for offering your property for rental!

Great vacation rental steps from the beach

We had a wonderful experience! The house is adjacent to the boardwalk so it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach. We spend days lounging in the sand then hit the boardwalk for tons of evening entertainment and good food- we over the second level master where we could put the kids to bed then spend the late evening out on the deck people watching and enjoying the sea breeze, we will definitely go back.

beautiful home with all you need for a week at the "shore"

Three families consisting of 6 adults 4 kids (5-8 years old.) Plenty to do inside and outside the home. Beaches and views enjoyable, you must have a Browns doughnut. The eight year old commented, "the best week of my life" could not get him off the beach. The location was perfect. No outside disturbances, you could hear the waves from every deck. Loved the ability to park THREE cars on the property.

The place was perfect!

My family kept on thanking me for getting this lovely place. It contained anything you needed for a perfect beach experience. We would definitely rent again if we needed a place this size. It certainly is one house from the beach.

Awesome house!! Great views of the ocean!

This is one of the best homes that I have rented in OCNJ. Its beautifully decorated and immaculate! There are many decks which make it very convenient to have privacy. The views - in particular from the bedroom deck upstairs- are incredible! We have enjoyed our stay so much that we go every year! The owners are great and very accommodating as well! I cannot say enough about how much I love this place! Highly recommend!!!

Nice place

Nice place, decorated well. Loved the additional amenities provided (10 beach badges, papertowels, cleaning supplies, beach chairs). The place can comfortably accomodate 10 people (not 12). Although you can sleep 12 with a pull out sofa, it becomes very tight since the LR/DR & kitchen are small in comparison to other places we've stayed. The location is great for the boardwalk and amusement pier. Not ideal for elderly, as there are 29 steps to go up and down. The place was relatively clean and well cared for. I would recommend it for a smaller group.

My family has been renting in OCNJ for years. This was the first time at this home and it was absolutely the best place we ever stayed. Location just awesome. Views Awesome! Hope to be back next year!

Fun at the Beach!

We just returned from a week with our family and a few "mature" dads. We had a great time! The location was awesome and the house was perfect. We were able to get everyone what they needed and had a beautiful view of the beach. The owners made it so easy with a very detailed description of how everything worked and where to find stuff. This was the best rental I've ever done and I've done quite a few. I wish we were still there!!!

Great rental!

This rental was awesome! The owners were very easy to work with and were wonderful! We had multiple ages and everyone had fun. It's super close to the beach and boardwalk. The private deck off the third floor master is sweet! This is a great rental for multiple families with the five bedrooms (private third floor suite) and three bathrooms. The garage parking can't be beat! We would love to stay here again! Highly recommended!!!

The house was within crawling distance of the beach, the 5 bedrooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. It was ideally located, and a dream to stay in for the few days we had it. As well, the owners were extremely easy to deal with and to contact, and answered every question I had quickly and fully. Definitely thinking about renting this place next year!

The description of this beautiful home was very accurate. It has an open floor plan, so the layout was exactly the way we thought it would be. Having 5 large bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms, worked out great. We had 12 people in our group, so it was nice and roomy. It was very clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would consider renting this home, again. The owners, Janet and her husband were very easy to deal with. They were always available for any questions that we had.
