Please keep in mind, the condo is very small, **ONLY 200 sq feet**, but cozy and the layout is nicely laid out to maximize the amenities and space during your stay. ----- **** Although this unit could fit up to 2 adults and a small child comfortably, we are also able to potentially accommodate 3 more guests at our recently renovated condo right down the hall, same floor and just a few doors down - pending availability in our schedule! Feel free to reach out to me to see how I can accommodate larger families and groups during your stay! ****<>+ Queen size bed with a queen mattress topper that will accommodate two adults, along with a twin floor foldout mattress located in the closet. Extra floor space may be very limited when mattress is out.<>+ All linens included, bathroom towels and bedding! No need to bring any! (This is a rarity for rentals in Ocean City)<>+ Private bathroom with a tub, so you can either shower or take a bath while you stay with us! Great for bathing children!<>+ Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire building, not just in our unit.<>+ Wall-mounted TV with cable and access to Netflix and Roku accounts included<>+ Efficiency kitchen with all the amenities necessary to self-cater on nights you'd prefer to stay in or save on your food budget: small fridge, microwave, Keurig with k-cups, toaster, dual hot plates, pots and pans, dishes, cooking utensils and silverware, cups, even wine glasses (if you want to buy a bottle or two before coming into town)<>+ Includes a window AC unit and ceiling fan to keep you cool on hot days and warm summer nights (AC unit available during the summer months only)
