Renovated great studio with amazing ocean views at the heart of the historic Atlantic City Boardwalk'

You have an ocean front view a few minutes walk from major casinos.! Wake up in your big comfy bed to stare out over the sparkling ocean. Have a nightcap with your special someone in the full length window seat watching the lights come on over the boardwalk at night and the Ferris wheel and casino lights shine. All this from your private condo! Be prepared to fall in love with it.

You'll have access to FREE parking, free pool (seasonal), and direct boardwalk access to the beach! Here's your opportunity to rent an adorable, spacious unit at the Atlantic Palace located on the 16th floor. The unit is fully furnished with KING BED, SOFA tables. The unit has a an efficient kitchen with a small fridge, microwave, glassware and utensils. The unit has a TV, and Utility Kitchen. Free Cable, Wifi and One car parking. This unit comfortably sleeps two people.

They are located on the 3rd floor and can be accessed with the room key.

The property is meant for two guests in our family home. Please use the facility as your own.
We clean the condo before check-in and provide one set of fresh bed linens and towels for you during your stay.
The closet is locked and is not for guest usage.
If you are staying for more than 5 days, we would be happy to arrange for an additional set of towel. Just let us know ahead!
Restaurants are open all up and down the boardwalk with outdoor seating -- and really, it's pretty great being able to sit outside to eat and drink and watch the ocean.

Amazing getaway location

This was a fantastic spot for a weekend getaway with my wife. The southerly facing room has a beautiful view of the ocean with a guarded parking garage for your vehicle. It comes equipped with an electric 2 burner stove top and a microwave (in case you would like to make a quick meal in) or there are plenty of excellent dining option within a few minute walk along the boardwalk.

I don’t understand these bad reviews. Our stay here was really really good. At first I was a bit frustrated because we didn’t receive the code to the lockbox to get the key prior to arriving. However, our host answered our message immediately and called us with the code. Upon arrival the check-in was smooth, the bellman who carried our luggage was super friendly, conversational, and informative. The condo and view was absolutely beautiful. It actually looks like the pictures which is rare these days. Very clean room and nice bed. There is a kitchenette but no fridge. I would suggest getting one but I’d still stay here again if they never get one. The location is literally right at the boardwalk. No problem finding food to eat because everything is walking distance. No bugs which would have been an automatic dealbreaker for us. The location is not sketchy at all like some of these reviews stated, some people are just scared of everything lol. We will be back!

Great stay, definitely recommend.

The view was great, clean, and within walking distance of everything. Didn’t have to move our vehicle once the entire stay. The only thing is, there was only 1 sheet on the bed ( bottom fitted sheet). There was a comforter on the bed, but knowing they hardly ever get washed, we never use them. Other than that everything was great.

First time at AV!

We arrived at 345 pm.to find property unclean whicj was a bit upsettimg after a 7 hour drive. Called VRBO and property owner. By 6pm all was cleaned and we were finally able to settle and enjoy the condo and the fabulous activities and sights!

This was a nightmare from the beginning. We were sent to some sketchy address for keys that weren’t there. I had anxiety thinking i would be robbed. I then arrived to a room with pubic hair in the drain and no heat in the dead of winter. I was led to believe someone would be there to fix it my entire stay. I also was told maintenance was at the room prior to me checking in. I know they were aware of the issue. The man on the phone kept saying he knew what the problem was but never came to fix. I was led on the entire time about his arrival and was offered blankets. At some point the host said i would be compensated but offered nothing but an extra night in a freezing room. This was my first time using Vrbo and the experience was absolutely horrible. I will never use them again and will return to where i never had any issues like this. The elevator also would take extremely long and when it arrived it was full most times. At checkout after a 20 minute wait we took the stairs with all luggage from the 16th floor. The best part about this room was the amazing view.

The condo was clean and organized. Everything was in working order. The view is great as the big windows provide an ocean view. A nice benefit was having secure parking. The location is ok. Off the boardwalk in AC can be a bit sketchy. Overall it was a good stay.

It's amazing to sit in bed and look out over the ocean. This place is comfortable and modern. I enjoyed the peace and quiet, lounging on the sofa to watch tv and nap. The owner communicated with me quickly. I would come here again.

Unprofessional Owner

It took 3 people and 1 hour to figure out how to get the keys to my room out of a lockbox that the owner subjects the renter to. It turns out that the owner did not provide a key code to open the lockbox. I thought the beach was dirty, the area around the pool was dirty, there was no beach and the location was undesireable.

Convenient location with access to beach and boardwalk

This property is really nice with an amazing direct ocean view. Room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue checking in at 1030pm on friday . Resort claimed they never received the paperwork from the owner. The only other issue was the water temperature in the shower. The water was Luke warm at best. Overall great experience. We plan to come back when it's warmer and play in the ocean.
