This newly updated beach and ocean front property is perfect for large parties. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and the home able to sleep up to 21 people with all the pull out couches and futons. There is a large kitchen and deck that are perfect for large parties. Unobstructed views of the beach and ocean are everywhere in the large dining/common area. The beach is only steps away and the convenience cannot be beat. The pictures speak for themselves.

Excellent beach stay with direct ocean access. Home is wonderful for large families/parties. Very well stocked kitchen and views that will never disappoint. This was or 3rd or 4th year booking and we will definitely be back next year.

Check in with smooth and easy. The house is beautiful. We loved the decks. We had plenty of room for my family of 16 to celebrate my 70th birthday. Everyone had a good time kitchen fantastic lots of equipment housekeeping did a lovely job. The house was fresh and clean when we got there. Great location close to the beach and within easy walking distance of some good ice cream

This home was beautiful. Very clean and great views!! Great location. We really enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the towels. They were a bit flimsy. Everything else was great!!host was very attentive.

Brigantine at its Best

Great experience

This is a great house which very comfortably fit 16 of us for a bachelor party weekend. Great to be on the beach, a 3 minute drive to the grocery store, and a short cab/party bus ride to Atlantic City. The kitchen is fully stocked and the charcoal grill was awesome to have. John was a responsive host and I’d love to stay here again.

Great house, great host, great property manager!

John was a pleasant host to chat with. The property manager, Dwayne, was very responsive and kind. The house itself is as listed—great location and a ton of space in the house itself. Will be coming back if we do another trip down to this area!

Lots of room!

We live in Florida and usually come up for a holiday visit in December, with family. This year we waited until after Jan. 1st and rented this house so our nj families and us could spend a weekend together. The house was a perfect size and the kitchen was well stocked. The stores are conveniently located nearby and the beach is right down the path at the end of the driveway. The best part was the common area on the second floor! So much comfortable seating and also table seating that everyone had a place to sit and the kids had plenty of room for coloring and fun projects. The kitchen is located at the end of the common room and gave us the opportunity to prepare meals safely and unencumbered by kids running around. All in all it was a wonderful weekend and I think we’ll try to return next year!

Huge Family Delightful Summer Vacation at the Shore

Our large 18 member family had a wonderful time at this lovely, comfortable, and accommodating beach house. Being only steps from the beach was a hit with everyone. Location was great, too, and older kids walked to get ice cream, subs, tacos, bakery items, and even sweatshirts for when it got colder. Everyone was happy! 😊
