This rental is the second-floor unit of a two-unit property, with another unit located directly below. All entrances and indoor spaces are completely private. The only shared space is the outdoor shower, located in the rear of the property, which is shared with the downstairs unit for convenience after beach days.



Listing Notes:

This unit is professionally managed by Host House, a Jersey Shore based vacation rental manager, ensuring you and your family are in for a great stay. When you stay at a Host House property, you`re automatically covered for up to $1,500 in accidental damage protection via a Wavio Damage Waive



The charge listed as “management fee” covers your purchase of $1,500 in “all risk” damage protection coverage for your reservation. This protection is in lieu of a cash damage/security deposit. Coverage details are outlined on your boarding pass link

The house was immaculate...everything was clean and new. The check-in process was effortless. The kitchen was well stocked, and all of the necessary beach items for our stay were provided. We would definitely rent here again!
