Not very good communication with the rental company. They forgot we had a reservation. Had to wait a short time to get keys. They were supposed to call us back to let us know what we should do with the keys when we left. The parking pass was for a different condo.

The room was nice, the front screen door gave us a scare as the door knob was bent and it wouldn’t close, but after getting past that it was nice. Most of it was clean but the baseboard by the master bed was dusty/dirty (only realized it because have to turn bedroom lamp on by the floor). The master shower had not been cleaned- there was a seal cap in it from shampoo or something. There were no trash bags for the kitchen trash can to replace. We also received 2 “warnings” about a ‘fire hazard’ and we weren’t sure why so we assumed it was towels we had hung out in the line on the porch. We removed them and the next day received another warning. This second time I went to the guard shack and the employee said it was for the chairs at the front door. I told him they were removed also before the 2nd warning. I called the realty company and told them of the incident which they agreed was ridiculous. As you can see the ‘warning’ was non explanatory.We did enjoy our time, but the housekeeping not so much.

not staying with reality world in the future

I called them 6x times before the trip and left messages, no call back. A hour before arrival they called to confirm I was going to show up before 5pm, then hung up. There were no sheets on the bed, power didnt work in multiple outlets, like the ones for the TV. It was over $800 for 2 nights. After paying I get an email saying that they will not provide lines and towels, but hell you cant cover the beds or answer phone calls to confirm that the beds are empty? Not booking a place managed by reality world in the future.

Problems with sprinklers

Evidently the sprinklers have fertilizer in them and when they came on Thursday night it sprayed directly on the salty car and nearly ruined my paint (2023 Ford Explorer). Washing did no good. Had to pay someone a few hundred dollars to get it off. Guard was not very receptive. The property has not contacted me after sending a email. Won’t stay there again.
