1,372 square foot townhouse. two suites 3 bathrooms clean and Peaceful neighborhood,(keypad access ), free parking (2 vehicles), fully stocked and equipped kitchen, high speed internet, smart TVs plenty of space in each bedroom .

Guest will have access to the whole house .

Pros: really soft and comfy beds, plenty of towels (found in the dryer), large TV in living room, washer and dryer in unitCons: didn’t receive code for front door until I called the owner 5x (voicemail was full) and messaged VRBO asking for it on Friday night when we arrived. He called back Sunday to see why we called. Paint was peeling on walls. It definitely wasn’t cleaned properly before we checked in (clothing stickers on the walls and tinsel all over the floor). Front screen door was broken and wouldn’t close. Not the best neighborhood (mattress laying in the street for 2 days, loud noises at night)

Would Not Stay Again

Upon arrival the unit looked fine. But the longer we were there the first night issues started to mount:1) Unit was supposed to provide toilet tissue. It was a 2.5 bath unit but in the entire unit there was one partial roll of toilet tissue. We had to buy our own.2) Unit was supposed to provide kitchen paper towels. There were none. We had to buy our own.3) The kitchen sink was empty when we arrived, but when I ran water in the sink it would not drain. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom sink (gross!)4) The refrigerator was missing the light bulb in it.5) The stove/range vent hood was missing the light bulb.6) The A/C upstairs was set to 80 when we arrived, and it took until the next morning to cool down to 70.7) The upstairs TV remote control had no batteries.8) When I tried to turn a lamp on in the Living Room the cord that was plugged into the wall shorted out, sparked, left a burn mark on the carpet, and came apart. I had to unplug the live wire then sparking and popping before one of our grandchildren touched it.9) The kitchen is stocked with poor quality cookware.10) Three days after we left the owner texted me a picture of where some wallpaper was torn from the wall, but I did a walk-though before we exited, and the wall was not in that condition when we left.The owner was easy to contact during our stay, but there was no resolution to any of the issues we had. I would not recommend this property.

Family stay near Stone Mountain

This was our first Vrbo experience. The home was as described, it was comfortable. Communication with host was good as well. It is a well loved townhome and could use a bit of TLC, but overall it was a pleasant experience for the price.

Description doesn’t match actual unit

Dirty nasty used dishes in dishwasher. No spare sheets for any of the beds. No games, toys, etc - no children friendly. No handle on clothes dryer. Living room tv had plugs hanging out and didn’t work - weak signal message was all I got. I accidentally locked myself out, I reached out to host; I rang the “Ring” doorbell that should be connected to the host’s cellphone, however I had to call VRBO and they couldn’t get the host either. It was raining with no protection from weather. It took hours for the host to return any contact. A person in the neighborhood used a credit card, popped the lock and forced the door open. No instructions for trash, laundry, etc. I advised the host via email about getting door open with a credit card and the host response was only about the tv and that too bad I didn’t have the same experience as past guest. I slept with chairs under the door knobs on the front and back doors. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood - the only bright spot.

Cozy and comfy

I booked this last minute as the first place had to cancel for power issues. Im glad we did. I want to say the king size bed is absolutely comfortable, so comfortable that I had to take a pic of the tag as I want to purchase one for me! Plenty of space to spread out, loved the 2.5 bathrooms! All smart TV’s to watch your streaming channels! Host was quick to respond when I texted and they even left us a “welcome” treat! Will definitely book again if staying in the area!
