The Space:
Conveniently located in the historic Peachtree Towers. You will love the versatile space, the living space can be easily transformed into a business room or you can convert a sofa into a queen-size bed, so the apartment can accommodate 4 people easily. 50” Smart TV with cable and wireless WIFI is included. The bedroom has a queen bed with a luxurious mattress and cotton bedding with an additional TV screen. You cannot get more downtown than this perfectly located condo. 5-minute walk to the Peachtree centre, MARTA train station which is a 15-minute ride directly to the airport.

Guest Access:
There is 24 hours concierge at the building and it is located at the main front entrance of the building. Please bring your valid ID for the check-in, we will let them know about your arrival. Please let us know the names who are checking in so the concierge is aware and can cross-reference it with their reservations. You will be provided a digital code for the door and a fob. Please feel free to ask the concierge how to get to your apartment, elevator locations etc. Or contact us anytime!

Getting Around:
This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.Easy access to the airport and major roadways, walking distance to public transportation (MARTA). “MARTA On The Go” puts the entire MARTA transit system in the palm of your hand, giving you access to real-time bus and rail schedules and the latest MARTA system updates.
Running an errand across town or exploring the city far from home, getting there should be easy. Learn how to ride with the Uber app.
Riding with Lyft costs less than a taxi, which makes getting around wallet friendly. Our drivers are always nearby, so you can get picked up, on demand, in minutes. Count on Lyft to get you around cities big and small.
Other Things to Note:
HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that uses a boiler/chiller to push hot or cold water to a fan coil inside of an exchange unit in the condo. The exchange unit blows hot or cold air off of the fan coil into the room. An exchange unit is located below the windows in every room. The plates on top of the exchange unit can be flipped up to regulate the hot or cold air fan speed. The system is limited to hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air. When it is unseasonably hot or cold fans or space heaters can be provided upon request.
WASHER AND DRYER: ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: are not allowed, per HOA
PARKING: Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

Instructions for check-in will be sent to you once the reservation is confirmed, and from there, we will walk you through the process made easy and simple for your greatest convenience. A concierge is available 24/7 at the front entrance of the building, so late check-in is just fine! You will enter the property first through here! The condo can be accessed using a keyless code entry system, so don't worry..Relax, especially if you traveled here from far!
