Was a good trip. Only complaint was the hot tub had an awful smell and the cover was a bit moldy. We put some spa treatment in and had no issues past that!Bed was so comfortable!

My friend and I stayed here for a girls' trip in the Atlanta area and enjoyed the lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. The carriage house had everything we needed - full kitchen, washer/dryer, and I found the upstairs bed comfortable and my friend said the downstairs sofa was comfortable to sleep on as well. There is a hot tub, though we skipped it given the July heat. I would rebook here if I needed to visit Atlanta again. Two suggestions: Please set the AC a bit lower before guests arrive (it was at 84F in the house when my friend arrived to check in), and to please consider adding a dehumidifier and/or a fan upstairs for extra comfort.

Very interesting setup in a very exclusive neighborhood. FIFA was in town, so it was good to find a property away from the main venues, and attendant madness. It worked out well for us to be able to visit rock star friends at the Buckhead Theater. The carriage house is older construction, and 2-story with stairs. Be aware of this if you have an mobility issues.
