A Relaxing Downtown Roswell Home

Minutes from Downtown Roswell! Come relax with the with the whole family at this beautiful place to stay. It's family-friendly with a nice size backyard where you can relax and enjoy the sunset. This home has 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, a nice kitchen and dining area. The garage has been turned into a game room for kids and adults to enjoy. Minutes from downtown Roswell where you can enjoy great shops and food!
No smoking of any kind is permitted. Smoking, whether cigarettes, pipes, cigars, or marijuana is absorbed into the carpets, drapes, bedding, etc. If smoking has occurred within the property, a charge of $500 will be assessed to restore the property to its original standard. Action will also be taken to prevent future use of the property.

The property has 3 cameras, one located in the front of the house which captures the front yard, one on both sides of the house, and one near the back door capturing the backyard. The cameras will be ON during reservations.

Pets allowed

No events, parties, or large gatherings. If it is reported and confirmed that a party was held, you will be notified to depart the property as soon as possible which will result in a $500 fine.

Must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.

Usage of the grill is complimentary; however, you are required to clean it before leaving. If it is left dirty, a $50 charge will apply.

To complete your reservation, a valid form of identification is required (drivers license, passport). The person completing the reservation is the primary resident and responsible person during their stay.

Great home! Well stocked- even supplied coffee and candy! Nice furnishings- nice set up of living areas. Plenty of room for a large group. Home near canton street and wedding venues.

Girl's trip celebrating a 50th birthday!

We had a wonderful time at Tiana's home and she was so helpful with check-in and details for our stay. The house is adorable and decorated so cute in a safe neighborhood. It's so close to downtown Roswell which is full of charming restaurants. I highly recommend!

Great location

We organized an extended family gathering for Thanksgiving and my children and grandchildren stayed at the Roswell house. We were especially delighted to discover the Christmas market within walking distance via a trail through the woods.

Little get away for a wedding.

This home is well stocked and equipped with the things you’ll need while traveling or staying out of town. Tiana was very helpful and responsive with any questions I had and made sure we had everything we needed prepare for my son’s wedding. The home was a perfect fit for us.

Perfect!

A friend and I took our girls to a concert at Ameris Bank Amphitheater and this was the perfect place to stay! Awesome host, extremely easy to communicate with. More than enough room for 2 adults and 5 kids. Minutes from restaurants and shops in downtown Roswell and 10 minutes or so from the concert venue. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great Night Away

We live downtown, and it was nice to get away to downtown Roswell for a night. Went to Big Creek park and got some great tacos down the street. House was a lot of great space and the kids loved the game room!

Responsive hosts

Check in was simple. Not a huge deal but trash from previous guest had not been emptied. The listing said there would be a hairdryer and there wasn’t. There was also no soap or body wash in any of the bathrooms. We let the host know and they sent a Target delivery within hours. Just in time to get ready for a wedding!

Great stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this pleasant, very clean home. The kids enjoyed the ball pit and arcade room/garage, while the bedrooms and dual living rooms offered great space to catch up with family. We only had one small detail, and its personal preference, but the king mattress was a bit soft and uncomfortable. All others were great. Our hosts were responsive and handled a mix-up for us without hiccups.

Nice property Main bathroom shower drain stopped up. Toilets need to work properly…faucet drips need fixing…I recommend more towels and bath rags for guests…shampoo in all bathrooms? Talked with owner…she was very nice…do a precheck before rentals?? We loved location.

Lots of room!

The house was very clean and located in a quiet residential area. We were only three people staying for one night, but this would be a great space for a larger group to spread out, especially in the big yard. The property managers were very prompt and thorough with communication. We also appreciated the sweet treats left in the candy jars for us!
