We offer a convenient Early Check-In and Late Checkout option:
• Early Check-In is available at 50% of the previous night’s rate, allowing you to arrive at any time on your scheduled arrival day.
• Late Checkout is available at 50% of the following night’s rate, allowing you to depart at any time on your scheduled departure day.

• No smoking in the home - $250 (please smoke outside)
• We are Pet Friendly - $250 Pet Fee (per pet)
• Unauthorized Pets - $250 (Pet fee is $250 per pet)
• No Parties or events - $250
• Under no circumstances are guests allowed to receive packages/mail to the home.
• Outside visitors who are not confirmed on the Airbnb reservation at the time of booking (friends & family) **must be disclosed** and will subject your reservation to cancellation without refund if not.
• If at any time you exceed the maximum number of guests allowed on site your reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.
• Bookings on made behalf of other parties are subject to cancellation with no refund, the person responsible for booking the reservation must be on site.
• Damages - subject to cost of the item for repair or replacement
• Please note that this is a quiet neighborhood, noise should be kept to a minimum past 12am to avoid complaints from neighbors.

Guests will have access to the entire home.

There is free parking in the driveway for up to 7 cars.

**No more than 7 cars are allowed from guests on the property**.

The home features keyless entry with a keypad and is secured by Ring Security.

I am available via phone, email & messaging app and will respond promptly to any inquiries or issues you may have.

All of the suites in the home can be connected so the home can be used as one large space. Additionally, each unit has its own private entrance with keyless entry. Laundry is located in the storage area of the home, not in any of the specific suites.

By booking your stay, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for the safety of yourself and all guests utilizing the pool.
