Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway off the beaten path! This 2 bedroom /1 bath duplex home is located in Lithia Springs, If you need a cozy place to relax this is the ideal place for you! We are 25 mins outside of Atlanta . We offer parking on the premises for two vehicles . The home is fully equipped with cooking utensils, as well as a stackable washer and dryer for your use during your stay.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any parties or large crowds occupying the unit. If we are notified by anyone of any parties, large gatherings, or loud music being played, you will be escorted from the premises immediately. You will also be responsible for paying an incurred property management fine of $500 which will be deducted from your credit card within 24 hours.

Please be mindful of future guests and the cleaners who will need to prepare the unit for their stay once you leave. You will incur a $50 Late Check-Out Fee if you remain in the unit past check-out time. If more than 30 minutes have passed since check-out and you are still in the unit, you will incur an additional fee of $1 per minute.

Please keep the keys in a well known location during your stay. A lost key will result in a $100 replacement fee.

Please step outside to smoke. Do not smoke inside the home. You will incur a $100 fine if we smell smoke or see other signs of smoking inside the house.

Rustic and warm

The location was ideally placed. Could visit six flags if there was time. The property was clean, the owners checked in but the driveway was a little narrow so be aware of this. When the other unit is occupied, you can hear everything

The property was nice. The guests behind us were a little loud on the weekend and underneath the couch cushions needed to be cleaned but overall the house was very clean. My only suggestion is that it needs some type of lamp in the living room area, the over head are to bright. Thank you for the nice stay.
