A unique fully refurbished apartment, with a wonderful view of Acropolis and Fllopapou and Lycabettus hill. The apartment is 2 seconds away from metro station and tram station. In the neighborhood, there are cafeterias grocery shops and a wonderful patisserie with amazing Greek delights. The apartment is a great choice for families or group of people that want to have a quick and easy access to central Athens.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one of them has double bed and the other one with 2 single beds with the option to be converted into a double bed as well.

Superb Property

A really smart, modern, well equipped apartment, stunning views, great location (right by metro and tram) nice bars and shops close by and a really helpful and nice owner. Would definitely use again on another visit.

Great Home Base in Athens

We stayed 4 nights in June while finishing up a 21 day European vacation. Stamatios met us at the property and was a very gracious host. The check-in process was seamless and accommodating. We were able to check in earlier in the day which was great since we got off the cruise ship quite early in the morning. The unit is just as advertised. Great location with a grocery store right across the street and a number of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. There is a cab stand, metro station and Tram station right outside the door so getting around the city was a breeze. The Acropolis station is just 2 stops up on the Metro. The unit is well stocked and very comfortable with all the modern conveniences. Each room has air conditioning that works quite well, very important in Athens since it can get quite hot. For us, the best feature of the unit was the wrap around patio with views of the lighted Acropolis. We felt very much at home staying at this property, and would highly recommend it for your stay in Athens.

Excellent apartment with a fantastic terrace and views of the Acropolis

This is an excellent apartment, with everything you need for your stay. The terrace is fantastic and has great views over the city. Stamatios was very helpful and is a great host. The metro and tram stops are literally at the front door; so is a great patisserie and delicatessen. For a short stay in Athens this is the perfect place to stay with the metro and trams at your front door.
