You can walk to a lot of places from this hotel, the are grocery stores not too far from the hotel and I lat of restaurant options and shopping areas I do recommend you book this place if you don’t want to take the metro everywhere because pretty much every is I’m walking distance,plus is safe and quiet at night

We were satisfied here. Simple communication via WhatsApp, simple check in and check out, large apartment, proximity of monuments and in our apartment silence. We just came to sleep here, the views only in the courtyard did not mind at all.

This apartment is in the top location, right in Syntagma, min walk to walking street, shops, restaurants, hop on hop off sightseeing bus, airport bus…inside the property is spot clean, however there is no tea bags, only one pot, and the oven is electric shortened, black out every time use.

On the day of arrival, I reported to the owner that the shower head was broken and that the water pressure was unacceptably weak. I requested a replacement. The owner promised to inspect and fix it the following day — but no action was taken. Later that evening I was told the cleaner had checked the shower head while I was out and said it was “usable.” This response is unacceptable. “Usable” is not the same as fit for purpose. Comfort and proper function are the baseline expectations for any paid accommodation. A torn pillow may be technically usable, but it is not acceptable; the same applies to a faulty shower head that makes showering difficult and uncomfortable. This apartment is not managed like a hotel with instant front-desk support. That makes it the owner’s responsibility to ensure everything is in good condition before guests arrive. When an owner promises to address an issue and then dismisses legitimate complaints by calling a broken item merely “usable,” it shows a clear disregard for guest experience. I felt ignored and disrespected. Prospective guests should be cautious before booking this property.

Katia was amazing. She was in contact before our trip and was able to accommodate a flight issue. The apartment is perfectly located for walking to all the historical site and restaurants. It was spacious and comfortable. There is a small elevator, but if you like to take the stairs the motion sensor lights aren't great, but that is a tiny complaint on a perfect stay. Highly recommend.

Great stay for night in athens

We stayed for one night and this definitely metal of our needs. Location was great only two blocks from the metro and easily walkable to dinner and exploring Plaka and around the Acropolis. The apartment was easy to find with clear check in instructions and was clean. There is a luggage storage location at the corner of the block for those who may need to hold bags before or after checkin or checkout. Bathroom had plenty of space with a nice shower and bed was comfortable as well. Felt very safe and secure, the building is locked as well as each unit.

The apartment is quite nice and spacious. Owner is great and manages communication well. There is everything you would need for a couple for a short stay. Convenient to the metro and right on the edge off Plaka. Downside is that the noise from the neighboring bars and restaurants was appalling and did not cease until 5am.This is not the fault of the apartment owners, just a proximity issue. If you are a party monster this probably wont worry you. If you are looking for a quiet night then we would suggest , look elsewhere.

Propriedade muito bem localizada, perto de tudo. Conseguimos fazer toda Atenas a pé. O apartamento é muito confortável, cama e banheiro excelentes, ainda tem uma sala com cozinha enorme. Amamos absolutamente tudo. Só temos a agradecer.
