Your room will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure.

Rules Please note the following house rules for all Athenean Experience properties:
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed in any part of the property.
• Guests must be at least 18 years old to book accommodation.
• A valid ID or passport number (or VAT number for local visitors)

Please note that pets are not allowed at any of our properties at the Athenian Experience.

*Baby Bed Policy:
For your family's comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Airport Transfer:
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, the Athenian Experience transfer team will be happy to arrange your airport transfer — available upon request.

*Basic policy:
Guests have a pair of keys at their disposal.
If the keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30 euros for the cost of changing the lock.

If a visitor leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and cannot be accessed with a spare key, you will need to call a locksmith. In these cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be borne by the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key on the inside of the lock to prevent this situation.
